Pengumuman Pendaftaran Praja IPDN TA 2013 – 2014 - Juli 2013 – Dengan hormat diberitahukan bahwa Kementerian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia pada Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 membuka kesempatan bagi putera/puteri Warga Negara Republik Indonesia untuk menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) dan mengikuti Pendidikan Tinggi Kepamongprajaan (Diploma IV), pada Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN).

Adapun ketentuan Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Calon Praja IPDN Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014, adalah sebagai berikut:

I. SYARAT DAN TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN

Persyaratan Pelamar/Calon Peserta Seleksi, meliputi:
  1. Warga Negara Indonesia.
  2. Usia pelamar/peserta seleksi per tanggal 1 Desember 2013:
    • - Pelamar umum berusia minimal 16 (enam belas) tahun dan maksimal berusia 21 (dua puluh satu) tahun;
    • - Pelamar PNS Tugas Belajar berusia maksimal 24 (dua puluh empat) tahun dengan masa kerja menjadi PNS minimal 2 (dua) tahun.

  3. Tahun Ijazah/Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar (STTB) Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA)/Madrasah Aliyah (MA) pendaftar, yaitu tahun 2012, 2013, dan 2013 bagi pelamar umum.
  4. Syarat Usia sebagaimana dimaksud pada huruf b angka 1) dan syarat kelulusan tahun ijazah/STTB sebagaimana dimaksud pada huruf c, harus terpenuhi seluruhnya.
  5. Nilai rata-rata Ijazah/STTB SMA/MA minimal 7,00 (tujuh koma nol nol).
  6. Tinggi badan pelamar pria minimal 160 cm dan pelamar wanita minimal 155 cm.
  7. Tidak bertato atau bekas tato dan bagi peserta seleksi pria tidak ditindik atau bekas ditindik telinganya atau anggota badan lainnya kecuali karena ketentuan agama/adat;
  8. Tidak menggunakan kacamata/lensa kontak sesuai dengan unsur pemeriksaan kesehatan;
  9. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian tingkat Kabupaten/Kota (Polres/Poltabes);
  10. Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah/Pemerintah (RSUD/P)/Rumah Sakit TNI/Rumah Sakit Polri/Puskesmas Pemerintah setempat;
  11. Surat Pernyataan belum pernah menikah/kawin, hamil/melahirkan dan sanggup tidak menikah/kawin selama mengikuti pendidikan yang diketahui orang tua/wali dan disahkan Kepala Desa/Lurah setempat, yang dinyatakan secara tertulis, ditandatangani di atas materai Rp. 6.000,-. (format surat pernyataan1);
  12. Surat Pernyataan bersedia mentaati Peraturan Kehidupan Praja dan bersedia mengembalikan seluruh biaya pendidikan yang telah dikeluarkan pemerintah dikarenakan mengundurkan diri, diberhentikan dan/atau melanggar peraturan pendidikan dan diketahui oleh orang tua/wali, yang dinyatakan secara tertulis, ditandatangani di atas materai Rp. 6.000,-. (format surat pernyataan2);
  13. Surat Pernyataan siap diberhentikan tanpa menuntut dimuka pengadilan melalui PTUN jika melakukan tindakan kriminal, mengkonsumsi maupun menjual belikan narkoba, melakukan perkelahian, pemukulan dan pengeroyokan, dan melakukan tindakan asusila, berdampak hukum atau tidak, yang dinyatakan secara tertulis dan ditandatangani di atas materai Rp. 6.000,-. (format surat pernyataan3);
Persyaratan Lainnya, meliputi:
  1. Fotocopy Ijazah/Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar (STTB) Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA)/Madrasah Aliyah (MA) yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
  2. Pasphoto berwarna menghadap kedepan dan tidak memakai kacamata dengan latar belakang warna merah berukuran 3 x 4 cm sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar, dan 4 x 6 cm sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar;
  3. Menyerahkan berbagai surat pernyataan yang telah ditentukan;
  4. Syarat pendaftaran disusun rapi dan dimasukkan kedalam stofmap berwarna biru bagi pelamar pria dan stofmap berwarna merah bagi pelamar wanita.

  • Pendaftaran dilakukan oleh peserta seleksi CPNS Calon Praja IPDN Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah atau sebutan lainnya di Kabupaten/Kota seluruh Indonesia.
Waktu Pendaftaran:
  • Pendaftaran dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2013 s.d. tanggal 13 Juli 2013.
II. TAHAPAN SELEKSI

Tahapan Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Calon Praja IPDN Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 menggunakan SISTEM GUGUR, meliputi:
  1. Seleksi Administrasi;
  2. Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD);
  3. Tes Kesehatan;
  4. Tes Kesamaptaan/Jasmani;
  5. Tes Psikologi dengan penambahan sub item Tes Integritas dan Kejujuran;
  6. Cek Ulang Kesehatan;
  7. Cek Ulang Kesamaptaan/Jasmani; dan
  8. Wawancara Penentuan Akhir (Pantukhir).
Materi Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) untuk mengukur kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligences) CPNS Calon Praja IPDN, disiapkan oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kementerian PAN dan RB) dan Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), yang terdiri dari:
  1. Tes Karakteristik Pribadi (TKP);
  2. Tes Intelegensi Umum (TIU); dan
  3. Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK).
III. LAIN-LAIN
  • Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi penerimaan CPNS Calon Praja IPDN Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 berhak mengikuti Pendidikan Tinggi Kepamongprajaan (Diploma IV) dan siap ditempatkan di Kampus IPDN Pusat atau Kampus IPDN Daerah.
  • Apabila terdapat pihak/oknum yang menawarkan jasa dengan menjanjikan untuk dapat diterima menjadi CPNS Calon Praja IPDN Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 dengan meminta imbalan tertentu, maka perbuatan tersebut adalah penipuan. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab atas perbuatan pihak/oknum tersebut.

Cara Pendaftaran/Pengajuan NUPTK Baru 2013 Secara Online di http://padamu.siap.web.id - Untuk para guru yang belum memiliki NUPTK, kini sudah bisa melakukan pengajuan NUPTK barusecara online melalui situs Padamu Negeri http://padamu.siap.web.id. Pendaftaran NUPTK baru 2013 ini menjadi wajib dimiliki oleh setiap tenaga pendidik disamping kegunaan lainnya dalam pengurusan tunjangan dan lain-lain. Sedangkan untuk guru yang sudah memiliki NUPTK silahkan lihat panduannya di Cara Verifikasi dan Validasi NUPTK 2013 di Padamu Negeri Kemdikbud.

Dibawah ini adalah persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh PTK dalam melengkapi data-data NUPTK yang mau diajukan.

Syarat Pengajuan NUPTK Baru 2013
  1. Bertugas sebagai Guru, Kepala Sekolah, dan Pengawas pada jenjang TK,SD, SMP, SLB, SMA, dan SMK di sekolah dalam binaan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Memiliki status kepegawaian PNS/CPNS maupun Non PNS. 
  2. Bagi PTK yang Non PNS harus memenuhi syarat: Bila bertugas di sekolah negeri dibuktikan dengan SK pengangkatan dari Bupati/Walikota.
  3. Bila bertugas di sekolah swasta memiliki SK pengangkatan guru tetap yayasan (GTY) selama 4 tahun berturut-turut (terhitung mulai 1 Januari 2009) yang ditandatangani oleh Ketua Yayasan.

Cara Pengajuan / Pendaftaran Online NUPTK Baru 2013

  1. Download formulirnya untuk PTK yang bersangkutan
  2. Formulir A05 untuk Guru download disini
  3. Formulir A06 untuk Pengawas download disini
  4. Untuk Guru, isi Formulir A05 yang telah di download dan meminta tanda tangan, Stempel dari sekolah tempat anda mengabdi,  serta lengkapi berkas persyaratan, kemudian serahkan ke operator/admin sekolah.

  6. Untuk Pengawas, lengkapi Formulir A06 yang telah di download dan juga meminta tanda tangan dan stempel Kepala Dinas Penerbit SK Pengawas. Kemudian di serahkan ke admin Disdik Kabupaten / Kota.

Agar status NUPTK Anda menjadi PERMANEN AKTIF  Melengkapai Formulir Isian EDS PTK secara online di padamu.siap.web.id dan login sebagai PTK dengan melakukan :
1. Melengkapi Data Rinci NUPTK secara online
2. Mengisi Evaluasi Diri Sekolah Secara Online
4. Mencetak Lembar Pengajuan VerVal NUPTK Level 2
5. Menerima Cetak Tanda Bukti VerVal NUPTK Level 2
Seluruh proses tersebut dilaksanakan secara mandiri melalui internet

Setelah PTK Mencetak Pengajuan VerVal Registrasi Lv2 (Surat S03a), Serahkan kembali surat tersebut ke admin sekolah dan menunggu proses dan menerima tanda bukti registrasi PTK Lv2 (surat S05a). Untuk Lebih jelasnya alur pengajuan NUPTK baru seperti gambar di atas.

1. SITE MANAGER FOR COAL AND MINERAL MINING

Responsibilities:
The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc).

Responsibilities:
• Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce on budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates.
• Conducts and attend weekly communications meeting as required.
• To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
• Recognized mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 6 years industrial experience in coal and mineral mining operation.

3. HSE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
• Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
• Certified AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
• Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.

4. SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore reconciliation.
• Understand topographical surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore mining.
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.
Requirements:
• Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
• Having minimum within 2 years experience in coal & mineral mining.
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera


5. ENGINEERING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.
• To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.

6. MINING FOREMAN

7. OPERASIONAL MANAGER

Responsibilities :
• Oversee and participate in the design, management, and administration of recruiting, hiring, and employment program to the conformance of company philosophies, time requirement and business objectives

  3. Pendidikan S2 atau S1 dari Fakultas Ekonomi, Hukum, Teknik, FISIP (Administrasi Niaga), Pertanian dan Peternakan dari PTN/PTS terakreditasi A/B.
  4. IPK :
    a. S1 min 2.75 (skala 4).
    b. S2 min 3.25 dengan ketentuan IPK dan fakultas S1 memenuhi syarat butir 3 dan 4a.
  5. Menguasai bahasa Inggris.
