JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Web Developer is responsible for executing software development process and plan functionality, data integrity, security and overall usability. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with product management and lead developers to translate feature requirements and specifications into detailed technical specifications, plan and estimates
• Create the technical aspects of websites and support existing infrastructure.
• Write high-performance, maintainable code that is easy to read and well-documented
• Write automated tests to thoroughly validate the correctness of your code
• Be effective in a team environment working with development and project management team
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Must be detail oriented, reliable and work well in both a team environment or stand alone
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and be able to adapt to changing requirements as dictated by the design and development team
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to communicate in english
• Familiar with the agile development process and scrum
• Solid knowledge and understanding of web architecture
• 2+ years of proven experience in a development role
• 2+ years experience building PHP web applications, preferably within CodeIgniter environment / Yii environment
• 3+ years experience with HTML/CSS
• 2+ years experience with Javascript / jQuery / Ajax / JSON
• 2+ years experience with Facebook Apps
• Understanding of cross-browser / cross-platform compatibility issues
• Preferably experience with standard web, mobile web
• Preferably experience with MongoDB
• Preferably experience with one or more cutting edge frameworks like Backbone.js, etc.
• Strong analytical and requirements gathering skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related experience

The Software Engineer is responsible for executing software development process and plan functionality, data integrity, security and overall usability. We are looking for pragmatic generalist programmers who can not only help us execute in building our application, but also have a real say in the technological direction that it goes. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with product management and lead developers to translate feature requirements and specifications into detailed technical specifications, plan and estimates
• Write high-performance, maintainable code that is easy to read and well-documented
• Write automated tests to thoroughly validate the correctness of your code
• Coordinate the construction and maintenance of computer systems.
• Coordinate department needs and make suggestions regarding its technical direction.
• Identify and explain needed changes.
• Ensure security across systems being configured.
• Be effective in a team environment working with development and project management team
QUALIFICATIONS :
