	KTT/PRODUCTION HEADResponsibilities : • Accountable for the business unit’s result management system – including goal achievement, problem – solving coordination and estabilishment of business unit priorities • Provide leadership and direction to machine teams to achieve goals and objectives • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects • Accountable for development, coaching, training, and motivating business unit through regular feedback and open communication • Ensure the business unit works according to team based work system principles • Understand and follow company safety policies and procedures, enforces safe behavior and identify unsafe condition • Ensure housekeeping is according to set standards • Maintain an adequate communication and cooperation within the team as well as with other resources involved • Perform other duties as may be directed by his/ her superior Requirements : • Male, Age Min 35 years old • Indonesian Nationality with 5 years experience in Mining Company • Min S1 degree majoring in Technical Geology Mining Engineer with GPA 2,75 • Have certificate of KTT • Have capabilities to write reported, management crisis, time critical, schedule project, strong critical analysis, and cost budget • Have capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each drilling report and exploration report etc • Ability in mining software (AutoCad, ArchiCad, Microsoft Project) • Able to work underpressure, work in team, and can be leader • Location for Muara Teweh – Kalimantan Tengah PROJECT MANAGERResponsibilities : • Responsible to progress reported for a day to day exploration activities such as drilling, maping etc • Following the project schedule with optimizing equipments effectively • Ensure to manage any problem that incurred during the exploration • Responsible to schedule project, cost project, critical path analysis and manage team • Responsible to coordination and maked relationship with government involved in project equirements : • Male, age 35 – 45 years old • Indonesian Nationality with 3-4 years experience in Mining Company • Min S1 degree majoring in Technical Geology Mining Engineer with GPA 2,75 • Have capabilities to write reported, management crisis, time critical, schedule project, strong critical analysis, and cost budget • Have capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each drilling report and exploration report etc • Ability in mining software (AutoCad, ArchiCad, Microsoft Project) • Able to work underpressure, work in team, and can be leader • Location for Muara Teweh – Kalimantan Tengah PURCHASING SPVResponsibilities : • Responsibility in purchase activity and supply chain • Handle all import procedure • Monitoring and controlling all purchase request by accurate system • Maintain available supplier who has good record • Provide all logistic dept. and company’s inventory request Requirements : • Preferably, Male 35 age years old • Minimum 2-3 years experiences in purchasing field from mining company • Hold min Diploma Degree in Engineering / Industrial / Mechanical or other related background • Hand on experience in analyzing and solving machine-related problems and needs • Strong leadership profile, having a high negotiation and analytical skill • Highly attentive to details ability to multi-task and problem solving • Ability to perform in time – pressures and met deadlines • Good knowledge about heavy equipment spareparts and their substitutions • Location for Muara Teweh – Kalimantan Tengah SENIOR ACCOUNTANTResponsibilities : • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts. • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met, accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. • Prepare financial management reports. • Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures. • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. • Monitor and support taxation issues. • Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process. • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses. Requirements : • Male / Female, age max 30 years old • Min S1 degree majoring in Accounting • Ideally, 2 - 4 years experience both in public accountant firm as auditor and manufacturing company as accountant from medium size company. • Good understanding about PSAK and IFRS. • Having knowledge and experience of related computer applications • Good conceptual and analytical thinking • Able to work underpressure STAFF ACCOUNTANT (SACC-01) Responsibilities : • Responsible for transaction journal entries • Cash opname and stock opname. • Support supervisor through closing report • Reconciliation all off account Requirements : • Male / Female, age max 25 years old •Min S1 degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university with IPK 2,75 • Up to date knowledge on any development of tax regulation and accounting standart • Freshgraduate is welcome • Having calculate cost of good sold (COGS) • Hardworking, honest, responsible, communicative, attention to details & efficient • Computer literate (MS office) • Having prepare financial report (balance sheet, propit & lose) STAFF FINANCE (SFIN-02) Responsibilities : • Establish and maintain cash controls. • Ensure data is entered into the system • Prepare and reconcile bank statements • Monitor cash reserves and investments • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system Requirements : • Male / Female, age max 25 years old • Min S1 degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university with IPK 2,75, • Having experience is responsible, freshgraduate is welcome • Having Knowledge about ERP Program • Hardworking, honest, responsible, communicative, attention to details & efficient • Computer literate (MS office) ACCOUNTING MANAGERResponsibilities : • Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports. • Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures. • Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues. • Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls. • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
