IT ENGINEER (Placement Meulaboh)
Responsibilities:
• To plan, maintain and design the network infrastructure
• To handle mthe Troubleshoot and rectify network and system problems
• To ensure the technology is equipped with the latest hardware and software and is accessible• To assist in the development and running the system all communication devices in all areas data center such as
o Communication devices& network devices (cabling system)
o IT devices (PC, Printer)&Telephone (PABX, HT, Wireless)
o Radio Communication (Radio, HT)
o Server (Mail, DHCP, Data, Wins, Proxy, Antivirus
Requirements:
• Male (max. age 30 years old).
• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering

1. SITE MANAGER FOR COAL AND MINERAL MINING

Responsibilities:
The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc).
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.

2. HEAVY EQUIPMENTS & DUMPTRUCKS MAINTENANCE HEAD
Responsibilities:
• Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce on budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates.
• Conducts and attend weekly communications meeting as required.
• To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
• Recognized mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 6 years industrial experience in coal and mineral mining operation.
• Good communications skills written-verbal, Computer literacy.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera.


3. HSE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
• Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
• Certified AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
• Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.
• Good communication skills
• Able working under pressure.
• Able working without supervision.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera


4. SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore reconciliation.
• Understand topographical surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore mining.
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.
Requirements:
• Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
• Having minimum within 2 years experience in coal & mineral mining.
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera


5. ENGINEERING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.
• To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Willing to travel or be located at Aceh, Kalimantan area, or Obi island, South Halmahera


6. MINING FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
• To co-ordinate and supervise all activities technical in coal and mineral operation project with a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Requirements:
• Min. Senior High school/STM Tambang, D3 Mining.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in coal and mineral operation project.
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera


7. OPERASIONAL MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate, particularly Mapinfo /ArcGIS
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
• Willing to be located remote area


9. HRD & GA OFFICER (RECRUITMENT PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT)
Responsibilities :
• Oversee and participate in the design, management, and administration of recruiting, hiring, and employment program to the conformance of company philosophies, time requirement and business objectives
• Review and clarifies personnel requisitions as to budgeted manpower and job requirements.
• Conduct Job Evaluation process for each position, that been requested, using International Position Evaluation (IPE) system by Mercer, in order to determine band, level and position class for each title/positions
• Oversee and participate in the contracting and coordination of employment agencies involved in the placement of temporary employees.
Requirement :
• Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, preferably Psychologist profession.
• Min 3 - 5 (three to five) years experiences in recruitment and staffing, especially in mining industry.
• Good command in English, both verbal and written.
• Deep knowledge in company s / mining business process.
• Good in analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to all sites time to time.

PT Tapin Coal Terminal is a dedicated coal hauling and terminal, located in South Kalimantan. We aim to construct the national largest coal handling terminal. Currently we are looking for high potential candidate to fill in the following positions:

PORT AND STOCKPILE MANAGER (code: PSM)
- Able to handle and manage all port activities and documentations (e.g. weight bridges, stockpiling, loading, barging, transhipment, QA).
- Min. 5 years experienced in management of the coal stockpile and coal loading.

- Degree in Maritime Studies/Engineering equivalent. Age below 40.

MECHANICAL-ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER (code: MM)
- Able to plan & manage maintenance program of infrastructure supporting operations.
- Min. 7 years experienced in mechanical maintenance, with 3 years as Supervisor.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical from reputable University. Age below 40.


MECHANICAL-ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (code: MS)
- Able to monitor & manage the maintenance of Infrastructure supporting operations.
- Min. 5 years experienced in mechanical maintenance, with 3 years as Supervisor.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical from reputable University. Age below 35.


CIVIL ENGINEER (code: CE)
- Able to handle infrastructure project (e.g. hauling road, conveyor, terminal port) and experienced in project built
- In swampy area (prefer as Contractor/CM/Consultant).
- Min 3 years in civil field, with 3 years as Spv. Familiar with SAP, ETAB, PLAXIS.
- Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable University. Age below 40.


HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT OFFICER (code: HSE)
- Able to handle and improve HS & E policy and procedure, conduct internal Audit and prepare safety training material and good knowledge about Job Safety Analyst.
- Min.3 years experienced handing HS & E in mining company.
- Min. Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety/Public Health. Age below 35


PORT ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR (code: PAS)
- Min. 3 years experienced handle Operational Admin in coal mining company.
- Min. Diploma in any major; prefer from Management or Admin or equivalent.


APPLICATION SUPPORT (code: AS)
- Able to use Crystal Report, SQL Server, understanding PHP & VB.net and familiar with ERP.
- Min. Diploma in IT, min 2 years experienced in similar position. Age below 30.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR (code: TSS)
- Able to do installation and trouble shooting, familiar with microtic, antivirus, mail-server.
- Min. Diploma in IT. 2 years experienced similar position. Age below 30.


SYSTEM ANALYST (code : SA)
- Min. 4 years experienced, Min. degree in IT, familiar with SAP B1, SDLC (System Development and Life Cycle) and Computer Flow Charts (UML). Technical proficiency in relevant languages and development tools including net, crystal report, PHP VB net and working knowledge of windows. Through understanding of structured programming principles system analysis techniques, system design and system implementation.
General Requirement:
- Peficiency in English and MD Office. Familiar in similar positions in coal mining company.
- Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship having leadership capacity.
- All positions will be located in Tapin South Kalimantan
