Qualification :

- Good communication skill in English both written & verbal. Intermediate skill in Ms. Office applications incl. Visio.

- 2 yrs experienced as Project secretary in similar industry.
- Travel arrangements, incl. Accommodation, transportation, etc. Overseas & domestic. Using online bookings & travel agents (if needed)
- Visa arrangements
- Expat formalities
- Project timesheet register, ensuring manhours spent are within budget and recorded properly for invoice submission
- R&R schedule management & arrangement
- Assist Doc Con in all documentation related to Projects
- PPE & site uniforms arrangement
