Persyaratan Umum

  2. Tinggi badan laki-laki (L) minimal 160 cm, perempuan (P) minimal 155 cm, dengan berat badan proposional.
  3. Belum pernah menikah serta bersedia tidak menikah selama 2 (dua) tahun sejak yang bersangkutan melaksanakan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pra Kerja/Orientation Training (OT)
  4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai karyawan disuatu Instansi pemerintah maupun swasta.
  5. Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
  6. Pendidikan tingkat Sarjana (S-1) untuk Management Trainee:

  7. Pendidikan tingkat SLTA/SMK/sederajat untuk Non Management Trainee:
    • a. Usia maksimum 22 tahun pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013;
    • b. Nilai rata-rata UAN minimum 7,00 atau nilai buku raport kelas I, II dan III minimum 7,00;
    • c. Diutamakan yang memiliki sertifikat : Perpajakan Brevet A, Perpajakan Brevet B, Akuntansi, Komputer, Mekanik, Listrik, Mesin, Bangunan.;

Persyaratan Administratif

Tata Cara Melamar
  1. Pelamar melakukan pendaftaran/registrasi online pada website rekrutmen Taspen (http://rekrutmen.taspen.com);
  2. Pelamar yang memenuhi syarat, sebelum melakukan registrasi online, terlebih dahulu menyiapkan file dokumen hasil scan dalam bentuk :
    • a. format pdf untuk : curriculum vitae, Ijazah/Surat Keterangan Lulus, transkrip nilai (untuk S1), nilai UAN/nilai buku rapor (untuk SLTA/SMK), dan sertifikat TOEFL (untuk S1).

  3. Pelamar melakukan registrasi online dengan melampirkan dokumen 2.a dalam bentuk pdf dan dokumen 2.b dalam bentuk jpg.
  4. Registrasi online dimulai tanggal 18 November 2013 s.d 24 November 2013.
  5. Pelamar yang berhasil melakukan registrasi dan mendapatkan nomor registrasi agar mencetak bukti registrasi online.

Job responsibilities:
To develop, control and evaluate HSE management system and program to ensure company operational activities in accordance with HSE quality management standard

PAYROLL SECTION HEAD

Job responsibilities
  • Managing the process implementation of employee compensation & benefit payment in order to run properly and in timely manner
  • Managing payroll, salary slip, accounts, payroll transfer reports, execution process, and control monthly salary calculation
  • Managing warrant transfer to employees’ bank account, Jamsostek, Tax Payment Receipt, VAT, PPh
  • Coordinating the implementation of tax payments to the bank

• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in Piping design scope execution and management for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As a Lead/Senior Piping Designer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Fabrication, Commissioning and Operation is highly valued.
• Minimum Technical qualifications on:
a) 3D design – PDMS, PDS
b) Pipe routing, GRP consideration
c) Piping item, valves, special items
d) Pipe, Exhaust, tray and ducts Support Design using MDS tool, cable length estimation tool, 2D GA cut.
e) Optimum Equipment Layout Design, deck layout and planning.
f) Constructability and operability/maintainability consideration in piping design.
g) Effective interface with other discipline – Structural, E&I, Mechanical, to resolve all clashes and progress design.
Please note that for position (1) to (10), candidate with less experience (see below) may apply and be considered in a non-lead/non-senior engineer role.

• At least 7 years in related discipline detailed engineering scope execution and management for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
• As a related discipline engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
