Lowongan Kerja Migas 2013 di Inspired Benchmark Sdn Bhd; 10 positions;



We an established Engineering Management and Technical Service company with PETRONAS license in Malaysia for the Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore) project. We are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals to join us in Malaysia for the following positions;
(1) LEAD/SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
• Minimum B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and registered with BEM (or country equivalent). A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience,
o At least 12 years in process detailed design for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As Lead/Senior Process Engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Commissioning and Operation is highly valued.
• Minimum Technical knowledge on:
a) Competency in HYSYS/Flarenet Simulation or equivalent process dynamic simulation software
b) Relief and Blow-down Study
c) Equipment Sizing and Calculation
d) HAZOP, SIL, and RAM Study
e) Material Selection and Corrosion Study
f) Process Start-Up, Shutdown, Control and Operating Philosophy / Detailed Narratives
(2) LEAD/SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
• Minimum B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and registered with BEM (or country equivalent). A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in mechanical engineering scope execution and management for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As a Lead/Senior Mechanical Engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Fabrication, Commissioning and Operation is highly valued. Minimum Technical qualifications on:
a) Mechanical Design on Equipment Internals and Assembly for Rotating and Static Equipment
b) Thermal Design and Calculation
c) Basic Pressure Vessel design calculation (PVelite)
d) Material Handling Study
e) Equipment Testing and Inspection Requirement
f) Material Selection and Corrosion Study
g) HVAC Design
(3) LEAD/SENIORINSTRUMENT/CONTROL ENGINEER
• Minimum B.Sc. in Instrument Engineering or equivalentand registered with BEM (or country equivalent). A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in Instrument/Control detailed design for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As a Lead/Senior Instrument Engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Fabrication, Commissioning and Operation is highly valued.
• Minimum Technical qualifications on:
a) Process and Control Philosophy
b) State of the art Integrated control and safety system (ICSS) and its project execution
c) Fire & Gas Mapping and Specifications
d) Control, Safety Valves, RO and Cable Sizing
e) In tools software
f) Instrumentation Selection Study
g) HAZOP, SIL, RAM, Alarm Management Study
h) Knowledge of offshore facility telecommunications scope is a strong advantage
(4) LEAD/SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
• Minimum B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and registered with BEM (or country equivalent). A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in electrical detailed design for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As a Lead/Senior Electrical Engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Fabrication, Commissioning and Operation is highly valued.
• Minimum Technical qualifications on:
a) Electrical Equipment and Motor Sizing (ETAP software)
b) Electrical state of the art Integrated Motor Control System (IMCS) Design
c) Electrical Design Studies e.g. Load Flow, Transient Stability, Harmonic Level, Short Circuit, Load Sheddingand Black Start Studies
d) Cable Sizing
e) E-house Design
f) Single Line, Wiring and Logic Diagrams
(5) LEAD STRUCTURAL/ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER
• Minimum B.Sc. in Civil/Structural Engineering and registered with BEM (or country equivalent). A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in structural/architectural detailed design for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As a Lead/Senior Structural/Architectural Engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Fabrication, Commissioning and Operation is highly valued.
• Minimum Technical qualifications on:
a) Competency in Structural Analysis Software e.g. STAAD Pro, SACS, MOSES or any other equivalent software
b) Equipment Seating Design, Pipe design
c) Structural Dynamic Vibration Analysis
d) Effective weight control, COG management
(6) LEAD/SENIOR NAVAL ARCHITECT
• Minimum B.Sc. in Structural or Mechanical Engineering and registered with BEM. A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in Naval Architecture detailed design scope for offshore oil & gas and floaters projects
o As a Lead/Senior Naval Architect for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in supporting fixed structure and/or floater loadout, inclination test, wet tow, floatover, upending operations etc. is highly valued.
• Competency in Dynamic Analysis Software e.g. MOSES, Ansys, GHS or any other equivalent software.
(7) LEAD/SENIOR MARINE ENGINEER
• Minimum B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and registered with BEM (or country equivalent). A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in Marine engineer detailed design scope for offshore oil & gas floater projects
o As a Lead/Senior Marine Engineer for at least 1 oil & gas floater EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in supporting Fabrication, Commissioning and Operation of floaters is highly valued.
• Competency in the following areas:-
a) All floater marine systems – ballast, IG blanket systems
b) Hard and soft mooring, hydraulic tension system
c) Product evacuation system, pumps, hose balcony design
d) Accommodation, utilities, engine room, thruster, communication system
e) Marine monitoring system – acceleration, wave, current ADCP, weather system
f) Stability monitoring system
(8) LEAD/SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER
• Minimum B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and registered with BEM (or country equivalent). A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in Piping engineering scope execution and management for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As a Lead/Senior Piping Engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Fabrication, Commissioning and Operation is highly valued.
• Minimum Technical qualifications on:
a) Piping item, valves, special items
b) Optimum material selection (pressure containing, soft parts, etc.)
c) Valve Design
d) Pipe Stress Analysis (CAESAR II)
e) Pipe, Exhaust and Ducts Support Design
f) Basic knowledge on Equipment Layout Design and 3D Modeling
(9) LEAD/SENIORPROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER
• Minimum B.Sc. in Engineering and registered with BEM (or country equivalent). A professional engineer (PE) will be an advantage.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in process safety detailed engineering scope execution and management for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As a Lead/Senior Process Safety Engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment requirement for oil and gas processing facilities is highly valued.
• Minimum Technical qualifications on:
a) Safety Critical Element Assessment
b) Safety Case Studies – Design and Operations (Phast software)
c) HAZOP, SIL and RAM Study
d) Firewater System Design (Pipenet software)
e) Flare, Radiation, Exhaust and Dispersion Study (Flaresim software)
f) Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Assessment
g) Noise and Vibration Assessment
h) Risk Assessment
(10) LEAD/SENIORPIPINGDESIGNER
• Minimum Diploma Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience
o At least 12 years in Piping design scope execution and management for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
o As a Lead/Senior Piping Designer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
• A thorough knowledge of relevant Malaysian, Class and international codes and standards including codes from all major clients e.g. PTS, DEP, ExxonMobil GPs, etc.
• Vast knowledge in Fabrication, Commissioning and Operation is highly valued.
• Minimum Technical qualifications on:
a) 3D design – PDMS, PDS
b) Pipe routing, GRP consideration
c) Piping item, valves, special items
d) Pipe, Exhaust, tray and ducts Support Design using MDS tool, cable length estimation tool, 2D GA cut.
e) Optimum Equipment Layout Design, deck layout and planning.
f) Constructability and operability/maintainability consideration in piping design.
g) Effective interface with other discipline – Structural, E&I, Mechanical, to resolve all clashes and progress design.
Please note that for position (1) to (10), candidate with less experience (see below) may apply and be considered in a non-lead/non-senior engineer role.
• Min. 10 years relevant working experience
• At least 7 years in related discipline detailed engineering scope execution and management for offshore and/or onshore oil & gas projects
• As a related discipline engineer for at least 1 CPP or FPSO EPCIC project.
