As owner’s representative, this key technical leadership role manages planning, coal quality and non-process infrastructure functions to meet company objectives. This person will be accountable foe the delivery of safety, planning, quality and coast targets as per the indomet coal business plan.
Qualification
- 10+ years in a relevant role
- experienced in technical support to open cut coal mining
- experienced in managing in the contractor delivery of transport and camp services
- holding kepala teknik tambang certificate and/ or Pengawas Operasional Utama qualification from the Indonesia Ministry of Energy And Mineral Resources
- written and verbal English proficiency

Superintendent Production Logistics (Job Ref 757920)
As owner’s representative, this role supervises safe and effective execution of the indomet coal haulage contract from mine site to port. This person will be responsible for the planning and contract execution of coal haulage operation to meet safety, volume and cost targets as pe the Indomet business plan.
Qualification
- Relevant experience in contracted coal mining and haulage, on shared roads
- Experience with supply chain support in remote locations
- holding Pengawas Operational Madya Qualifications from the Indonesia Ministry of Energy And Mineral Resources
- English proficiency

Superintendent Port (Job Ref 757921)
As owner’s representative, this role supervises the safe and effective execution of contracted port and barge operations. This person will be responsible for the planning and contract execution of the operation of port facilities, coal stockpiles, load-out facilities and barging operations to meet safety, volume and cost targets as per the Indomet business plan.

1. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
The job holder will be responsible for engineering efforts in mechanical area of expertise for technical design, specification and system integration of project and plant design. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from accredited university with 10 years related experience in large scale Power Plant and/or Oil and Gas. Previous experience in piping design, steel construction, material selection, rotating equipment and steam turbine is highly considered.
2. SENIOR INSPECTION & CONTROL ENGINEER
The Senior I&C Engineer will perform engineering efforts in I&C area of expertise for technical design, specification and system integration of project and plant design. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from accredited university with 10 years related experience in large scale power plant instrument and control design, construction and operation and maintenance.
3. HEAD OF SCM PERFORMANCE & SUPPORT
The job holder will be responsible for implementing ERP, monitoring SCM performance and proving support related to audit, material & services sourcing, etc. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Economic or Engineering from accredited university with minimum 8 years related experience in procurement processes, performance and compliance in Oil & Energy industry, with geothermal experience is a plus. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills are required.
4. PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Specialist will perform procurement activities in the company. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from accredited university with minimum 3 years related experience in Oil & Energy industry.
5. LOGISTIC SPECIALIST
The job holder will be responsible to handle logistic such as inventory management, cataloguing and materials coding, the candidate must have a minimum Diploma Degree from accredited university with minimum 5 years related experience in Oil, Energy & Mining industry.
6. SITE SAFETY OFFICER
The job holders will be responsible for managing safety, health and environment (SHE) aspect during site construction phase. The ideal candidates should have a Bachelor Degree from accredited university with minimum 5 years related experience in SHE of the site construction.
