Seleksi Penerimaan Pegawai Tidak Tetap dan Tenaga Kerja Kontrak RSUD Kota Tangerang Tahun 2013 - Mei 2013 - Dalam rangka mengisi lowongan formasi pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tangerang, sebagaimana telah ditetapkan dalam Surat Keputusan Walikota Tangerang Nomor : 800/242-BKPP/2013 tanggal 26 April perihal Formasi Pegawai Tidak Tetap dan Tenaga Kerja Kontrak RSUD Kota Tangerang, maka Pemerintah Kota Tangerang membuka kesempatan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia yang memenuhi syarat menjadi Pegawai Tidak Tetap (Non-PNS) di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang.

PERSYARATAN DAN TATACARA PENDAFTARAN SELEKSI :

  • PERSYARATAN UMUM :
    Seleksi Penerimaan Pegawai Tidak Tetap dan Tenaga Kerja Kontrak RSUD Kota Tangerang Tahun 2013 - Mei 2013
    1. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI).
    2. Bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
    3. Memiliki kesetiaan/loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
    4. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Calon/Anggota TNI/POLRI.
    5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota/pengurus Partai Politik.
    6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Swasta.
    7. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap.
    8. Pelamar yang sudah mengirimkan berkas lamaran sebelum pengumuman pembukaan Seleksi Penerimaan Pegawai Tidak Tetap dan Tenaga Kerja Kontrak (Non-PNS) RSUD Kota Tangerang diwajibkan melakukan registrasi online.

  • PERSYARATAN KHUSUS :
    1. Usia Berusia serendah-rendahnya 19 (sembilan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun per 01 Januari 2013.
    2. Kualifikasi Pendidikan :
      • Lebih diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman kerja pada Rumah Sakit/Instansi Pelayanan Kesehatan.
      • Sesuai kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan untuk formasi jabatan lowong sebagaimana dengan tersebut diatas.
      • Pelamar yang ijazahnya tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan dan tidak mengisi dengan benar dan lengkap formulir pendaftaran pelamar secara online dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat untuk mengikuti seleksi dan dinyatakan gugur.

  • TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN SELEKSI:
    Pendaftaran seleksi harus dilakukan secara on line melalui website http://bkpptangerangkota.unpad.ac.id dengan tahapan :
    1. Peserta melakukan Registrasi.
    2. Peserta mengupload dokumen yang terdiri dari :
      • Ijazah Terakhir dengan ukuran file maksimal 800 kb
      • Pas Photo berwarna 4X6 dengan ukuran file maksimal 120 kb
      • KTP dengan ukuran file maksimal 120 kb
    3. Peserta melakukan cetak Kartu Peserta Tes

  • PENYAMPAIAN BERKAS LAMARAN :
    1. Pelamar menyampaikan berkas lamaran pada saat Tes langsung pada pengawas.
    2. Berkas Lamaran terdiri dari:
      • Surat Lamaran yang ditulis tangan dan ditanda-tangani bermaterai Rp. 6.000
      • Foto copy Sah Ijazah yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang (Ijazah keterangan sementara/Surat keterangan lulus tidak diperbolehkan);
      • Foto copy Sah Transkrip Nilai akademik dilegalisir cap dan tandatangan asli oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
      • Surat Keterangan Kesehatan dari Dokter Pemerintah;
      • Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku;
      • Pas foto terbaru ukuran 4x6 (berwarna); 3 lembar;
    3. Bagi calon peserta Tes yang dinyatakan lulus Seleksi dan diterima sebagai PTT/Tenaga Kerja Kontrak RSUD Kota Tangerang wajib menyerahkan Berkas Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian ( SKCK ).
