• Preferred Tertiary qualifications degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline is essential.

• Have experience at mine planning, subcontract management, cost management and managing staff; excellent English communication skills both written - verbal; team player; hold "Utama" operational certificate of Mine Energy Department is preferred.

2. Superintendent Project Control (876301) - Jakarta Based
• Provide key support to Business Development and Estimating Division on tender phase
• Provide direct support and governance to project planning/scheduling team on site for setup detail schedule, plan value, progress update and detail look ahead program, provide key support for project planning/scheduling on variation works, provide training delivery on planning/scheduling area,
• Provide support in cost control function such as budget setup, cost analysis, progress/earn value, forecast and review weekly/monthly report and
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Engineering with 3 years experiences in supervisory and 6 years in construction or mining industry with demonstrates project management, cost control and planning skill
• Understanding of risk management, document control and production/cost monitoring systems preferred, with demonstrated planning, organisation, initiative and analysis skills

3. Superintendent – Procurement Construction (871094) - Jakarta Based
• Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will responsible to manage and support all the procurement process and activities for Construction Project to meet all the requirement of product and service with best price, best availability and best quality.
• Preferred Degree of Civil Engineering with minimum 5 year experience in Construction Project, Logistic and in leadership role.
• Proficient in Project procurement and construction material specification.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong communication both in English & Bahasa and alson strong interpersonal skills.

4. Superintendent – Industrial Relation (804333) - Jakarta Based
• Tertiary qualification in Law with minimum of 8 year experiences in similar role for large Mining, Construction, or Oil & Gas industry,
• Excellent working knowledge of current Industrial Relations practices, Labor Law, or government regulation,
• Possess valid lawyer / advocate licenses is a must
• Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relation in the Labor Court
• Strong leadership skills and good team work,
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

5. Senior Engineer Planning ( 855307 ) – Jakarta Based
• Provide key support to Business Development and Estimating Division on tender phase

6. Senior Engineer Project Control (739970) – Jakarta Based
• Direct support and governance to project control team on site for budget setup and revision, cost and progress review, month end reporting included contract valuation, project risk management
• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Civil / Industrial / Mining Engineering with minimum 2 years experiences in supervisory level and 5 years in the mining or construction industry with 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills
• Proficient in Resources Analysis, Cost Control, Planning & Scheduling, P6 Project Management

7. Specialist Project Control (855301) – Jakarta Based
• Provide assistance to commercial acumen across the business and to support Project Control objective as directed
• Assistance to project Risk Management and to deliver commercial awareness improvement
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil or Mining Engineering with 3-5 years experiences in mining or construction industry with 1 year in site based project controlling

8. Senior Supervisor Mining Cross Loading (868063) – Melak, East Kalimantan Based
• Coordinating all supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter-burden and coal in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designed area
• Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil Engineering (it”s a must) with minimum 5 years professional experience in large open cut mining operation and 2 years in production/service supervision/ management role
• Having Mining heavy industry experience is essential and have "Pratama" Certification – Mine and Energy Department

9. Senior Engineer Project Control (866847) – Melak, East Kalimantan Based
• Direct support and governance to project control team on site for budget setup and revision, cost and progress review, month end reporting included contract valuation, project risk management

As owner’s representative, this role supervises the safe and effective execution of contracted port and barge operations. 1. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
The job holder will be responsible for engineering efforts in mechanical area of expertise for technical design, specification and system integration of project and plant design. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from accredited university with 10 years related experience in large scale Power Plant and/or Oil and Gas. Previous experience in piping design, steel construction, material selection, rotating equipment and steam turbine is highly considered.
2. SENIOR INSPECTION & CONTROL ENGINEER
The Senior I&C Engineer will perform engineering efforts in I&C area of expertise for technical design, specification and system integration of project and plant design. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from accredited university with 10 years related experience in large scale power plant instrument and control design, construction and operation and maintenance.
3. HEAD OF SCM PERFORMANCE & SUPPORT
The job holder will be responsible for implementing ERP, monitoring SCM performance and proving support related to audit, material & services sourcing, etc. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Economic or Engineering from accredited university with minimum 8 years related experience in procurement processes, performance and compliance in Oil & Energy industry, with geothermal experience is a plus. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills are required.
4. PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Specialist will perform procurement activities in the company. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from accredited university with minimum 3 years related experience in Oil & Energy industry.
5. LOGISTIC SPECIALIST
The job holder will be responsible to handle logistic such as inventory management, cataloguing and materials coding, the candidate must have a minimum Diploma Degree from accredited university with minimum 5 years related experience in Oil, Energy & Mining industry.
6. SITE SAFETY OFFICER
The job holders will be responsible for managing safety, health and environment (SHE) aspect during site construction phase. The ideal candidates should have a Bachelor Degree from accredited university with minimum 5 years related experience in SHE of the site construction.
