Senior Process Engineer
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Process simulation of physical fluid properties
2. Steady state computer simulation of the process
3. Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through subsea pipeline.
4. Design of appropriate systems to meet the requirements.
5. Safety Analysis and review
6. Process Equipment Sizing
7. Process philosophy, cause & effect study.
8. Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs, process criteria data and process data sheet for following systems:
a. Oil/Produced Water/Gas separation and dehydration
b. Gas compression
c. Sales gas metering
d. Utilities
e. Performing process studies (eg. Hydrate, corrosion, blow down, radiation)

Requirements
Educational Requirements
1. Hold a recognized degree in Chemical engineering

Experience
1. Have an experience on process design engineering in the offshore oil and gas industry form minimum of 5 (five) years

Requirements
1. Fluent in Indonesian & English Language (oral & written)
2. Have a comprehensive knowledge and experience in:
a. Relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice such as API, ANSI, ISA, ASME, NACE, etc.
b. Detailed knowledge of phase behavior, equations of state, phase envelopes of gas and oil components (C1 – C6 and C7+) H2, C02, H2S, H20, C7+ characterization.
c. Steady state computer simulation of the process (such as Hysis, Pipesym, Flarenet, others).
d. Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through subsea pipeline.
e. Designing of appropriate systems to meet the requirements.
f. Safety Analysis and review (HAZID, HAZOP, HAZAN, QRA, FERA, Blowdown, Pressure Relieve, etc)
g. Process Equipment Sizing
h. Process philosophy, cause & effect study.
i. Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs, process criteria data and process data sheet for following systems:
f. Oil/Produced Water/Gas separation and dehydration
g. Gas compression

Required Qualifications:
• University graduate with QHSE/Engineering degree or equivalent with recognized formal Quality Management System & HSE qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years in Quality Management System & HSE Management upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience in develop or implement Quality Management System & HSE management systems.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System & HSE national and international standards applicable to the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in training personnel through courses, workshops, job safety analysis, HAZOP, HIRA and other related HSE assessment.
• Self motivated team player capable of meeting performance targets.
Key duties/responsibilities
1. Provide a focal point for the provision of QHSE advice and assistance within the Company, ensuring an effective HSE culture is fully integrated with all activities.
2. Develop and train personnel in modern risk based approach to QHSE management using hazard identification and risk assessment techniques that remove, control or mitigation workplace dangers;
3. Advise, and where appropriate, develop, arrange or conduct technical QHSE training programmers for Company operations;
4. Provide advice and support on QHSE issues involved in the future design of new or modification of existing facilities;
5. Identify occupational hygiene and medical requirements by conducting or arranging relevant surveys to ensure maintenance of standards or improvements in meeting changes in operational conditions;
6. Investigate and report major accidents/incidents, and using a database track follow-up actions, identify unsafe trends and compile statistical information for management reports;
7. Ensure timely submission of all necessary reports to Company and governmental organizations such as SKS MIGAS, MIGAS, BAPEDAL, Manpower Department;
8. Maintain Emergency Preparedness Plans up to date, co-ordinate emergency and response exercises that cover full participation of the Company and external organizations;
9. Manage a Corrective Actions Register for QHSE issues ensuring actions are assigned, initiated and closed out in a timely manner.
