To support our rapid growth, we are now inviting qualified & dedicated persons to join us in the role as:
• Review client specifications, drawings and documents and ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works
• Assist with the project planning, weekly progress assessment and reporting.
• Carry out detailed material take off, assist with the procurement and scheduling to ensure that the material is delivered in a timely manner
• Examine construction methods and equipment to improve the efficiency
• Ensure work quality are met specification
• Ensure that RFI’s are issued, closed out and assist the Contracts Engineer with the pricing of Variations
• Ensure Quality of work are met specification
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Supervise the performance of Supervisor, Foreman, Operators, Skilled and unskilled personnel in the operations.
• Ensure that appropriate labour, plant, tools, consumables and equipment required to perform the works are available on site in a timely manner.
• Examine construction methods and equipment to improve the efficiency.
• Complete daily reporting (timesheets, daily report), including activity description and cost codes, for each person and where required, plant is under his/her responsibility
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in Hauling Road and Earthwork Construction
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers / Senior Supervisor specializing in Engineering – Civil and Earthwork Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Supervise the performance of Foreman, Operators, Skilled and unskilled personnel in the operations.
• Ensure that appropriate labour, plant, tools, consumables and equipment required to perform the works are available on site in a timely manner.
• Examine construction methods and equipment to improve the efficiency.
• Complete daily reporting (timesheets, daily report), including activity description and cost codes, for each person and where required, plant is under his/her responsibility

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Hauling Road Construction and earthwork.

Requirements:
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Hauling Road construction, earthwork construction and bridge.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering – Civil and Earthwork Construction/Structural or equivalent
• Carry out topographic surveying, set Bench Marking points and site boundaries
• Measuring and mapping out the boundaries of the Hauling Road route and construction site

• Load and download the surveying equipment
• Interpret information on drawings, sketches, charts, and construct or draw drawings, sketches, and charts.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Survey Diploma’s Degree, Civil Engineer or Geodetic Engineer.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in land surveyor and hauling road construction
• Familiar with GPS, Total Station, Waterpass, Theodolite, etc.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Responsible to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard. The WBS will be reviewed and approved by Project Control Manager and Project Manager.
• Responsible to have and maintain appropriate administrative controls in place daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures from award to completion, using the right data collected from all departments at site and off site.
• Responsible to prepare, review and approve the cost report for the Project Monthly Report in accordance with reporting deadlines.
• Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met.
• Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non-conformities in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known.
• Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract
• Ensure the Contract Variations maintained by Contract Engineer and assist to prepare the analysis of the Variation to submit to Client.
• Ensures the Risk & Opportunity register maintained by the Project Manager and uses the register’s output of Contingency for inclusion within the approved Forecast.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Cost Control : inventory all project expenditure, monitor project for scope changes and change order, measure progress for claim purpose.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
