Job Description:
• Prepare Engineering Technical Documentation for Filing in Document Management System
• Receive & Return of reviewed Documents from or to External/Internal COMPANY
• Upload Received E-Documents to Document Management System
• Update and Entry Data in Database System
• Quality Check of Received Documents are met COMPANY requirements
• Distribute Received Documents to Review Participants
• Supervise and check the Technical Document generated by Sub Contractors
• Train and assist the end-users of Document Management System

Minimal Requirements:
• Balikpapan Based (preferred)
• S-1, Bachelor Degree of Any Discipline, EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) or Information Technology is advantages
• Familiar with Oil and Gas Industry Documentation

POSITION SUMMARY
Principal Accountabilities:
Reporting to HR Manager, HR Advisor – IR/ER is responsible to design, implement and monitor human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc. The position is also responsible for being the main focal point to Government Authorities including and not limited to SKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department. Internally the person will be the focal point in dealing with the Union and solving any Employee Relation issue. As part of the job the incumbent is expected to keep abreast of government policies, industry practices to help anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends.

Main Activities:
1. Manages employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices.
2. Develops and implements policies and procedures, including grievance procedures.
3. Engage leadership team in policy development and changes as well as socialize company policies to union and employees in general.
4. Represent the organization in contract negotiations with labor unions and taking the lead in conducting the socialization of industrial policies to employee.
5. Represent the company in every non litigation disputes event and litigation disputes event (Labour courts and High Supreme Court as required).
6. Administer collective bargaining agreements and resolves employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
7. Help line managers implement fair procedures to deal with misconduct and incapacity (medical or poor work performance).
8. Analyze industrial relation cases and provide report and recommendation to HR/Management.
9. Maintain relationship with Government Authorities including and not limited to SKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department
10. Keep abreast of changes in government policies, industry practices to help anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Education and Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Law/Finance/Psychology).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR particularly industrial relations and employee services/general affairs, as well as generalist role.
• Has proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and other related regulations.

b) Technical Competencies and Knowledge:
• Analytical skills and dispute resolution.
• Excellent business process skills; knowledge of Indonesia HR regulations, and in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Has proficiency in Indonesian manpower, outsourcing laws and other related regulations.
• Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practice.
• Fast learner and eager to learning.
• Good negotiation, communication and engagement skills.

c) Basic skill:
• Computer Literate, familiarity with excels is a must.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English is a must.
• Initiative, excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.

Sr. Production Planner
Lead and drive the formulation of effective implementation of short and medium term integrated production planning, continuous surveillance and appraisal of wells performance/enhancement and development/establishment of hydrocarbon allocation & accounting processes for optimal production and evacuation of hydrocarbon in meeting crude and gas customer needs with cost efficient and safe manner in line with PETRONAS policies and objectives.
Production Planning Activities
Lead in the development & execution of hydrocarbon evacuation program (crude lifting and the management of upstream gas supply) to meet crude oil and downstream gas sales demand, gas/condensate quality specification through engagements with other gas operators in adhering to crude oil/condensate entitlement, gas sales agreement (GSA) and PETRONAS standard and guidelines.
Lead and drive the production planning activities, working in close collaboration with the Production and Maintenance Team to maximize oil and gas potential of the existing wells through comprehensive well surveillance, gas lift optimization and unplanned deferment minimization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
2. At least 10 year experience in oil and gas industry.

Electrical Commissioning Superintendent
Process Commissioning Superintendent
Mechanical Commissioning Superintendent

JOB PURPOSE:
• To ensure safety of commissioning activities, with good coordination with other parties involved, and in respect with company regulations.
• To manage and supervise commissioning activities performed by a team of technicians, in a safe and professional manner, within the framework and priorities defined by the CSL.
• To be the technical reference for all matters related to his trade, and providing solutions to technical issues.
• To provide assistance to project (construction and pre-commissioning phases) and to Field Operation team.

COMMISSIONING PREPARATION:
• Manage preparation of commissioning in respect with OPERCOM and all applicable specifications: Task identification, procedures, Requirements for Tools, vendors, equipments, manpower, as required by the CSL.
• Prepare system limit drawings with regards to his discipline.
• Prepare OTPs for SU approval and identify resources requirements for its performance with regards to his discipline.
• Populate or supervise as required the ICAPS database with regards to his discipline.
• Has a clear understanding of all type of operational and organization documents related to interfaces with other parties (contractor, field operation, drilling), and ensure proper socialization to his team members.
• Evaluate Technical skills of his team members, and their ability to perform the work safely.

COMMISSIONING EXECUTION:
• Quality Target: Ensure that the facilities are compliant with company specifications and project SOR, perform smooth hand over, no spurious shut down or safety related issues during start-up.
• Schedule Target: Within approved Commissioning schedule.
• Manage his team within the framework and priorities defined by CSL, in a view to reach the targets, with decreasing priorities: Safety, Quality and Schedule. Manage resources such as manpower, vendors, equipment, tools.
• Directly supervise the execution of critical commissioning activity (such as Operational Test, Tie-in with existing network, etc).
• Approve test reports and update the ICAPS database accordingly.
• Ensure that commissioning Marked-up is done on relevant drawings and documents.
• Initiate and follow up clearance of Punch List items after Ready For Commissioning status, as per commissioning procedure;
• Provide technical input to evaluate requirements from FO with regards to specifications, SOR, especially with regards to operability, maintenance and access.
• Highlight technical problem encountered and provide technical and cost-efficient solutions to help PL clearance.
• Manage telecom configuration (switch/router, etc) periodic back-up.
