PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (“DSLNG”) is the first LNG Joint Venture project developed as a downstream business activity in Indonesia. DSLNG”s facility located in Uso, Banggai Regency of Central Sulawesi, has a production capacity of 2 Million tonnes of LNG per annum. To strengthen the team in DSLNG, we are looking for dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:
Field Operator (TD-FO-03)
Basic Function:
Assist the commisioning and startup of the plant under the supervision of EPC contractor during the project phase. Execute the operations of process/utilities/storage and loading facilities in a safe and efficient manner, according to the specification and operating procedures to meet the production”s requirements.
Panel Operator (TD-PO-03)
Basic Function:
Assist the commisioning and startup of the plant, executing the operation activities of LNG plant operation from the Main Control Room under the supervision of EPC contractor during the project phase. Monitor, control and manage LNG plant operation activities from the Main Control Room to ensure LNG process and equipment operate in a safe, efficient and reliable manner according to the Process Safety requirements and target production requirements.
Requirement for the above position (Shift Supervisor, Field Operator, Panel Operator):
• Technical College or equivalent
• Experience in Gas/Refinery/LNG plant experience in plant operations for 10 - 15 years
• Must be able to review/develop operating procedures/manuals
• Assist in the review and selection of all operations consumables
Internal Communication & Content Development Officer (CAD – ICCMO – 03)
Basic Function:
Plan, conduct and manage the internal communication and content management are implemented. Produce communication materials such us annual calender, season greeting, newsletter, project brochure, company profile, internal announcement, banner, poster etc, prior to the brand guidelines. Ensure and update the content of intranet/website are both visually appealing and easy no navigate.
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Journalism / Communication or related fields
• 2 years exerience in relationship management and/or corporate communication field, preferably in the Oil &Gas industry
• Be proficient in oral and written English, using proper grammar and syntax
• Advanced in communication and organization skill, averaged in design skill
• Work Location – Site Office, Central Sulawesi
Procurement & Contract Administration Lead (CAD – PCL – 03)
Basic Function:
Monitor, review and control contract and material procurement operations. Develop new material procurement strategies/ processes to smooth internal activity and ensure that user”s materials requirements are met in the most timely and cost-efficient manner.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Posses experience in procurement and/or contract administration and management or 5 to 8 in managerial exposure, preferably in energy sector
• Be proficient in oral and written English
• Work Location – Site Office, Central Sulawesi
Legal Counsel (CAD – LC – 03)
Basic Function:
• Conduct advice in legal issues to the Company, conduct legal compliance as per Indonesian company law and advice right of obligations for each party as per DSLNG Shareholder Agreement, representation in litigation, and to administer DSLNG legal office (contracts and internal report) and provide various legal services as required both in Jakarta and Luwuk.

• Law Degree, Master is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both as a lawyer and as a legal manager, preferably with international experience background
• Be proficient in oral and written English
• Willing to travel frequently and/or relocate at Site, Luwuk, Central Sulawesi.

Job Descriptions
1. To develop and maintain PT. Elnusa Tbk. non — operational assets (properties) in accordance with company’s strategic and financial growth objectives.
2. Generate & maintain working relationships with government, property developers, investors, consultants, and others related to the works.
3. Coordinate with other related Departement / Division regarding the technical and quality specifications of projects to build and provide inputs when necessary to ensure that the projects meets the standard quality and safety requirements
4. Feed Top management with internal and external analysis on strategic information about non-operational assets (property) development.
5. Develop & evaluate all services and operational manuals to ensure that they are accurate, current and applicable to the existing conditions.
6. Generate non-operational asset (property) management as a profit center.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) from reputable University (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Law). Post Graduate I Master Degree (S2) is preferable.
2. Preferably female. 30—45 years old.
3. At least 7 years of proven working experience in the related field is required, preferably Property Manager in the last job position.
4. Strong analytical thinking about property development is a must.
5.Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memastikan tersedianya analisa dan perumusan route performance test
  • Memastikan tersedianya analisa weather, notam, dan data yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan penerbangan
  • Memastikan tersedianya analisa airport, airways, dan navigation facilities
  • Memastikan tersedianya payload performance calculation
  • Memastikan kelengkapan perijinan untuk jalur lintas penerbangan tersebut
  • Memastikan tersedianya rumusan, mempubikasikan dan mendokumentasikan flight plan untuk setiap operasi penerbangan
  • Memastikan terlaksananya proses  crew briefing untuk setiap operasi penerbangan
  • Memastikan penerbangan dapat dilaksanakan secara aman dan efisien
