Qualification & Experience:

Job Description and Responsibilities :

  • Involved in tender preparation, and also continue monitor upcoming tender & tender news
  • Assist and cooperate with marketing department to handle administration documents for Logging Tender, provide the tender data, translate the tender documents, etc

Project Manager/Assistant Manager
• Diploma or Degree in any engineering
• Have related working experiences at the same industry least 5 years working experiences
• Capable to liaise with clients I construction team.
• Experienced in supervising subcontractors! vendors
• Willing to be posted offshore to suit project needs

QA/QC Assistant Manager
• Diploma or Degree in any engineering
• Have related working experiences at the same industry at least 5 years working experiences
• Qualifying QC Procedure Specification and Procedure Qualifying Records for projects through third party certification and client specification.
• Resolving issues through discussions with clients and the respective Project Management Team
• Assisting in the bidding process by reviewing vendor and tender documents.

Logistic/Shipping Assistant Manager
• Diploma or Degree in any majors
• Have related working experiences at the same industry at least 5 years working experiences
• Good knowledge in order processing. logistics/shipping procedure and documentations, customs requirements and warehouse distribution

Senior Tax Officer
• Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years related working in Finance Department and some years of experience with Public

Accountant Firms
• SAP system advantage
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)

Account Officer
• Mm Diploma holder in Accounting
• At least 3 years related working experiences
• Proficiency MS Office Application. Good knowledge in Microsoft office software
• Computer literate ( MS Application)
• SAP system is advantage
• Hardworking and willing to do multi-tasking
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently or Team Work

Planner/Planning Engineer
• Degree in Engineering
• Understand of sequence of fabrication work
• Develop schedule level 3 and level 4
• Maintenance schedule and reporting weekly/monthly report
• Develop histogram. S-Curve
• Understand of Primavera P.6 Chief Security• Minimum Senior High School (preferable Diploma or Degree)
• Preferable is pension from Police
• Have related experience at the same position at least 3 years working experiences in heavy industry or oil and gas industry

General Requirements:
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency MS Office Application. Good knowledge in Microsoft office software
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian
• Able to work independently or Team Work

Requirements :
