HSE MANAGER
PT. H&H Utama International is a well reputed, highly regarded General Steel Fabrication company with principal facilities located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. We have a substantial branch on the Kaltim Prima Coal mine site at Sangatta. We have been serving International clients within the Oil & Gas, Mining and Construction industries since our incorporation in 1974.
Presently we have a current workforce in excess of 300 people. We have in house Engineering and Drafting departments. Our well equipped facilities are capable of handling a throughput of some 30,000 tons steel annually. Our business covers tank manufacture and field erection, piping installation, welding, fitting, rigging, manpower supply and equipment hire, onshore and offshore construction. We have a precision machine shop offering general and specialized machining services.
We wish to appoint an experienced HSE Manager. The appointee will be technically qualified to degree level and preferably have experience in steel fabrication or allied business. This is a permanent Balikpapan based position on single status.

Technical Advisor – Tyre(INA-12-BPN-00025)

Job Description:
To assist and support the Tyre Manager to implement and carry out the Tyre Management Systems and Procedures. To lead and manage LCI tyre repair workshop in certain locations, polyurethane filling station, tyre recap facility. To lead, train and support tyre superintendent and tyre supervisor to carry tyre inspection, tyre change out schedule. To lead and train the tyre repair and retreading crew to conduct work as per the international standard. To archive REMA TIP TOP OTR certification and to drive and promote ZERO Incident and ZERO Repair Failure.
Requirements:
Mechanical Technical apprenticeship or Trade apprenticeship with min 3 years experience in planning and maintenance; Strong background of OTR Tyre engineering or OTR Tyre Maintenance; good in English and strong computer knowledge. Tyre repair knowledge. Team Leader experience and skills. Indonesian citizen only.

Job Description :

Cara Verifikasi dan Validasi NUPTK 2013 di Padamu Negeri Kemdikbud


Cara Verifikasi dan Validasi NUPTK 2013 di Padamu Negeri Kemdikbud - Mulai tahun 2013 ini untuk cek data guru atau pun verifikasi dan validasi NUPTK dapat dilakukan melalui situs Padamu Negeri kemdikbud.go.id secara online dengan bantuan operator sekolah masing-masing. Adapun tahapan atau proses verifikasi yang harus dilewati dapat dilihat pada panduan berikut ini.

1. PENGAMBILAN & PENYERAHAN FORMULIR A01 / A02 / A03 / A04
  • Unduh Formulir di Situs Padamu Negeri Kemdikbud.
  • Formulir yang diunduh tergantung kondisi NUPTK. Jika NUPTK berada di sekolah induk dan sudah tercatat aktif di sekolah induk, maka yang diunduh secara otomatis adalah Formulir NUPTK-A01. Isi data dengan lengkap sesuai petunjuk dilampiri Foto Berwarna 4x6 1 lembar, 1 lembar Foto Copy Akte Kelahiran, 1 lembar Fotocopy Ijazah SD, 1 lembar fotocopy ijazah terakhir, 1 lembar fotocopy SK Pengangkatan Kepegawaian.
  • Formulir yang sudah diisi diserahkan kepada Admin/Operator Sekolah.
  • Setelah berkas divalidasi Admin/Operator Sekolah, PTK akan mendapatkan Tanda Bukti VerVal Lv.1 
2.  AKTIVASI AKUN & PENGISIAN FORMULIR ONLINE

  • Setelah mendapatkan Tanda Bukti VerVal Level 1 dari Admin/Operator Sekolah. PTK harus mengaktifasi akun-nya secara mandiri lewat internet, dilanjutkan dengan melakukan pengisian data rinci pada situs http://padamu.siap.web.id. Akun untuk login dan  mengakses formulir online tersebut tertera didalam Tanda Bukti VerVal Lv.1
  • Data yang harus diisikan adalah : o Melengkapi Formulir Isian EDS (Evaluasi Diri Sekolah). o Melengkapi Data Rinci NUPTK.
  • Setelah semua data disi, PTK kemudian mencetak lembar pengajuan VerVal lv.2. 
  • Serahkan berkas dan Kode Pengajuan VerVal lv. 2 ke Admin/Operator Sekolah. Setelah divalidasi, PTK akan mendapatkan Tanda Bukti VerVal Lv.2 yang menyatakan bahwa NUPTK yang bersangkutan telah PERMANEN AKTIF tahun 2013.
  • Selesai.
3. VERIFIKASI & VALIDASI (VerVal) FORMULIR A02 / A03 / A04

  • Alur ini dijalani oleh PTK yang ketika Unduh Formulir ternyata mendapatkan Formulir NUPTK-02 atau Formulir NUPTK-03. Formulir 03 adalah NUPTK berada pada sekolah yang belum verifikasi. Sedangkan Formulir 02 adalah NUPTK dinyatakan tidak aktif pada sekolah induk. Khusus Formulir 04 adalah untuk Pengawas  Sekolah.
  • Isi data pada Formulir 02/03/04 sesuai petunjuk. Setelah itu, Formulir diserahkan kepada Admin/Operator Disdik Kabupaten. Setelah formulir diverifikasi, petugas akan memberikan Formulir A01 untuk PTK yang menyerahkan Formulir A02 & A03, sedangkan untuk PTK yang menyerahkan Formulir A04 (Pengawas Sekolah), petugas  memberikan Tanda Bukti VerVal lv.1
4. ALUR 04 - VERIFIKASI & VALIDASI (VerVal) FORMULIR A01
  • Alur ini dijalani oleh Petugas di lokasi Sekolah setelah menerima Formulir A01 dari PTK.
  • Setelah formulir diverifikasi, petugas memberikan Tanda Bukti VerVal lv.1 kepada PTK. PTK kemudian melakukan seperti yang sudah dijelaskan dalam alur 01-alur 02 sampai  kemudian NUPTK menjadi PERMANEN AKTIF.
  • Jika data PTK tidak ditemukan dalam sistem, maka petugas memberikan Formulir A02 kepada  PTK.PTK menyerahkan kembali kepada Operator Disdik Kabupaten

5. ALUR 05 - VERIFIKASI & VALIDASI (VerVal) FORMULIR ONLINE & BERKAS  
  • Alur ini dijalani oleh Petugas di lokasi Sekolah maupun di lokasi Dinas Pendidikan, setelah menerima Pengajuan VerVal berupa KODE VerVal dari PTK.
  • Setelah melakukan verifikasi dan validasi hasil isian PTK, petugas memberikan Tanda Bukti VerVal Lv. 2 kepada PTK. Maka PTK yang bersangkutan dinyatakan PERMANEN AKTIF.
