We an established Engineering Management and Technical Service company with PETRONAS license in Malaysia for the Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore) project. We are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals to join us in Malaysia as follows:-
1) SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEERS (Salary Range: USD 4,500 – 5,500)
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for planning, monitoring and coordination of respective engineering activities.
• Minimum 12 years experience involving in FEED/Conceptual or detail design works in the oil & gas, Petrochemical or related industries with at least 5 years as Senior or Lead Design Engineer position.
a) STRUCTURAL – Well versed in SACS, STAAD PRO, AutoCAD and other software.
b) MECHANICAL & PIPING – Well versed in PDMS, CEASAR II & AutoCAD software.
c) ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTION. – Well versed in PDMS, AutoCAD & Conversant with Int. codes & standard.
d) ROTATING EQUIPMENT – Well versed in PDMS, SP3D and other software.
e) PROCESS – Well versed in PDMS, SP3D and other software.
2) DESIGN ENGINEERS (Salary Range: USD 3,000 – 4,000)
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
• Responsible for planning, monitoring and preparation of data for review development of design information, established design criteria of drawings and other engineering activities.
• Minimum 7 years experience involving in FEED/Conceptual or detail design works in the oil & gas, Petrochemical industry.
a) STRUCTURAL – Excellent knowledge in SACS, STAAD PRO, AutoCAD or other software.
b) MECHANICAL & PIPING – Excellent knowledge in PDMS, CEASAR II & AutoCAD software.
c) ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTION– Excellent knowledge in PDMS, AutoCAD & Conversant with Int codes & standard.
d) ROTATING EQUIPMENT – Excellent knowledge in PDMS, SP3D and other software.
e) PROCESS – Excellent knowledge in PDMS, SP3D and other software.
3) DESIGNERS (Salary Range: USD 2,500 – 4,500)
• Degree or Diploma in any Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
• Responsible in the preparation and issuance of drawings, preparation of material take-offs and vendor drawing review interface with other Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years experience involving in FEED/Conceptual or detail design works in the oil & gas, Petrochemical or related industries.
a) STRUCTURAL – Good knowledge in AutoCAD, BOCAD3D, SACS, STAAD PRO or others.
b) MECHANICAL & PIPING – Good knowledge in PDMS, CEASAR II & AutoCAD software.
c) ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTION – Good knowledge in PDS/PDMS, AutoCAD and familiar with Elect.Int. Standards, especially IEC, BS, NEC.
4) PMT-SENIOR FIELD ENGINEERS (Salary Range: USD 4,000 – 5,500)
PMT- FIELD ENGINEERS (Salary Range: USD 2,200-4,000)
(STRUCTURE /MECHANICAL & PIPING /ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTION)
• Engineering Graduate in any disciplines or equivalent.
• Responsible for planning, execution and monitoring work progress. Liaise with client representatives and design team on changes and revisions to drawing and project execution sequences.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry with at least 5 years experiences as Senior Engineer (PMT) position.
• Minimum 7 years experiences for Engineer (PMT) position.
• Possess the drive and determination to successfully complete assigned tasks and able to work with teams.
5) CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR/COST CONTROL ENGINEER (Salary Range: USD 2,000 – 4,000)
• Degree in any engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for monitoring project contractual obligations and cost, raise and justify change order to additional works completed.
• Minimum 6 years related experiences in the Oil & Gas Industry.
6) PROJECT ENGINEER (Salary Range: USD 3,000 – 5,000)
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant technical standards and specification.
• Responsible for coordination and implementation the assigned project & provide technical support for field engineering works.
• Minimum 7 years experience as Planner in the oil & gas industry.
7) LEAD PLANNER/ PLANNER (Salary Range: USD2,500 – 5,000)
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Excellent knowledge in Primavera Project Management 3.1 or 6.0.
• Responsible for Project Planning and control through the production of appropriate project schedule, progress reports and variances analysis in a time manner.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the oil & gas industry with at least 7 years experience as Lead Planner.
• Minimum 5 years experience for Planner position in a similar capacity.
8) WELDING ENGINEERS (Salary Range: USD 5,000 – 8,000)
• Engineering Graduate in any disciplines or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in oil & gas facilities project of QA/QC functions in construction / hook-up and commissioning projects.
• Hands-on knowledge in NDT result interpretation, welding processes WPS / PQR / WQT.
• Familiar with ASME / ANSI Codes and other industry codes and standards applicable.
• Preferably well versed in oil companies engineering specifications and basic practices.
• Experience with Duplex Stainless Steel welding procedures.
9) QC INSPECTORS (Salary Range : USD 2,000 – 4,000)
(STRUCTURE /MECHANICAL & PIPING /ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTION)
• Diploma or certificate in any engineering disciplines or equivalent.
• Responsible to organize, implement, conduct, and manage QA/QC programs as per company
• Quality Policy coordinates the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc with the project teams.
• Minimum 6 years experiences working experiences as QC Inspector in a similar capacity. Possess certificates in CSWIP 3.1 or CSWIP 3.2/AWS CWI/ PCN or its equivalent.
10) SENIOR HUC & COMMISSIONING ENGINEERS (Salary Range: USD 4,000 – 6,000)
HUC & COMMISSIONING ENGINEERS (Salary Range: USD 2,500 – 4,500)
(MECHANICAL & PIPING / ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTION)
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for planning the pre-commissioning, hook-up commissioning activities that comply with the approved plans, procedures, standards, and regulatory authorities.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry with at least 5 years experiences as Senior Commissioning Engineer position.
• Minimum 7 years experiences for Commissioning Engineer position in Commissioning activities.
• Possess the drive and determination to successfully complete assigned tasks and able to work with teams.
All positions shall be based at Johor, Perak, Kuala Lumpur, Sarawak, Malaysia.
