Having poured our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. Junior Surveyor (MD 1294)
This position will be based in Martabe Site and reports directly to Senior Surveyor.
Role of this position is to involve in the setup, development and management of the Survey Crews. Accepts personal responsibility for the health, safety and environment ast of every worker under assigned to his supervisor.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. S1 Geodetic, fresh graduates to 2 years experience in surveying.
2. Able to operate as total station, GPS and other additional tool as per required of mining, exploration and civil industry.
3. Able to operate computer systems for collect, update and process all database as required under the industry standard (Mapinfo).
4. Able to provide Operational Map and Thematic Map (Geographic Information System).
5. Maintains survey tools (regular calibration) and regulate the availability of survey tools.
6. Maintains communication-relationships with other department, internal & local people
7. Good communication in English both oral and written.
8. Good Interpersonal & Managerial Skills.

4) Collect accurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure datas are interpreted accurately by the Survey Draftsman.

6) Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor.

Perform and execute staff monthly payroll process in order to ensure all staff monthly salary paid to their bank account on schedule, conform with their entitlement and all regulation.

1) Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the day s work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.

3) Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.

5) Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
6) Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required, in order to provide site operations support.
7) Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.

  • Wanita, Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI).
  • Berpenampilan dan kepribadian menarik.
  • Belum menikah.
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
  • Usia minimum 18 tahun dan maksimum 27 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimum SMA / SMK / Sederajat lulusan, diutamakan lulusan D3 keatas.
  • Tinggi badan minimal 158 cm dan maksimal 172 cm dengan berat badan ideal dan postur tubuh proporsional.
  • Tidak berkacamata dan tidak buta warna.
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan)
Peserta Seleksi Diharapkan
  1. Berpakaian rapi (blus lengan pendek warna terang dan rok sebatas lutut warna gelap).
  2. Memakai Sepatu Pantofel (sepatu hak tinggi).
  3. Rambut rapi (bagi yang memiliki rambut panjang harap diikat).
