Pengumuman Rekruitmen Calon Bintara PK TNI (Tentara Nasional Indonesia) AU Tahun 2013 - Januari 2013 - Persyaratan Calon.  Bintara PK Pria TNI AU A-38 dan Bintara PK Wanita TNI AU A-37 TA. 2013 sesuai dengan sasaran yang diharapkan, maka para calon tersebut harus memenuhi kriteria persyaratan antara lain sebagai berikut :

Umum :
  1. Warga Negara Indonesia.
  2. Beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
  3. Setia kepada NKRI yang berdasarkan Pancasila, UUD 1945.
  4. Berumur minimal 18 tahun pada saat dilantik menjadi prajurit dan maksimal 22 tahun pada saat pembukaan pendidikan.
  5. Berkelakuan baik yang dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian (SKCK) dari Polres setempat.
  6. Sehat jasmani dan rohani.

  1. Bagi Bintara PK Pria berijazah berijazah SMA/MA IPA, SMK bidang keahlian teknik/teknologi dan paramedis. Untuk Bintara PK Wanita berijazah SMA/MA semua jurusan dan SMK jurusan perkantoran, tata boga, akuntansi, manajemen dan paramedis.    Dengan syarat melengkapi ijazah SD, SMP, SMA dan SKHUN asli serta foto kopi yang telah dilegalisasi (sesuai Permen Diknas Nomor 59 Tahun 2008 adalah Kepala Sekolah bersangkutan yang mengeluarkan ijazah/STTB yang bersangkutan atau Kepala  Dinas Pendidikan Kota/Kabupaten Administrasi yang bersangkutan apabila sekolah yang mengeluarkan ijazah/STTB sudah tidak beroperasi atau ditutup) dan buku rapor asli SMA.
  2. Tinggi badan sekurang-kurangnya bagi Bintara PK Pria 165 cm dan bagi Bintara PK Wanita 160 cm dengan berat badan seimbang menurut ketentuan yang berlaku.
  3. Belum pernah menikah dan sanggup tidak menikah selama mengikuti pendidikan pertama dan pendidikan dasar kejuruan (Susjur) atau selama 2 tahun setelah lulus pendidikan pertama, yang diketahui oleh orang tua/wali, Lurah/Kepala Desa dan Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA)/Catatan Sipil setempat (bermaterai).
  4. Mendapat persetujuan dari orang tua bagi calon siswa yang belum berumur 21 tahun atau persetujuan wali bagi calon yang kedua orang tuanya sudah meninggal dunia atau berhalangan tetap.
  5. Bersedia menandatangani Surat Perjanjian Ikatan Dinas Pertama Keprajuritan selama 12 tahun (bermaterai).
  6. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
  7. Bagi yang sudah bekerja secara tetap sebagai pegawai/karyawan harus mendapatkan persetujuan/ijin resmi dari Kepala Jawatan/Instansi yang bersangkutan.
  8. Sehat jasmani, rohani dan tidak berkaca mata serta bebas narkoba yang dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan dari rumah sakit pemerintah daerah.
  9. Harus mengikuti dan lulus pemeriksaan/pengujian masuk.

HSE Coordinator
(Position based in Jakarta)
Job Function:
Provide a focal point for the provision of HSE advice and assistance within the Company, ensuring an effective HSE culture is fully integrated with all activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and train personnel in modern risk based approach to HSE management using hazard identification and risk assessment techniques that remove, control or mitigation workplace dangers;
2. Advise, and where appropriate, develop, arrange or conduct technical HSE training programmers for Company operations;
3. Provide advice and support on HSE issues involved in the future design of new or modification of existing facilities;
4. Identify occupational hygiene and medical requirements by conducting or arranging relevant surveys to ensure maintenance of standards or improvements in meeting changes in operational conditions;
5. Investigate and report major accidents/incidents, and using a database track follow-up actions, identify unsafe trends and compile statistical information for management reports;
6. Ensure timely submission of all necessary reports to Company and governmental organizations such as SKS MIGAS, MIGAS, BAPEDAL, Manpower Department;
7. Maintain Emergency Preparedness Plans up to date, co-ordinate emergency and response exercises that cover full participation of the Company and external organizations;
8. Manage a Corrective Actions Register for HSE issues ensuring actions are assigned, initiated and closed out in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• University graduate with HSE/Engineering degree or equivalent with recognized formal HSE qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years in HSE Management upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience in develop or implement HSE management systems.
• Good knowledge of HSE national and international standards applicable to the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in training personnel through courses, workshops, job safety analysis, HAZOP, HIRA and other related HSE assessment.
• Self motivated team player capable of meeting performance targets.
