FINANCE MANAGER
Reporting to the President Director, you will be responsible for directing, controlling and administering the overall financial activities of the organization to meet corporate goals.
1. Plan and manage funding to meet business strategies and objectives, including short, medium and long-term lending requirements.
2. Survey new sources of borrowings to meet projected cash requirements by developing existing contacts and making new ones.
3. Ensure all bank overdraft, overseas borrowing, bill lines and other negotiations are properly and promptly undertaken.
4. Plan the financial operations of the organization.
5. Direct the collection of financial and accounting information and the preparation of budgets, reports, forecasts and consolidated profit and loss reports.
6. Evaluate the financial aspects of proposed acquisitions, investments, mergers or the sale of assets or business.
7. Control activities such as cash flow and investment policy, costing and expense control, insurance arrangements, audits, administration of contracts.
8. Direct day-to-day operations on the money market in accordance with company policy and guideline.
Requirements:
1. To qualify, you should hold a bachelors degree in accounting form reputable university. Experience as finance manager, particularly in managing treasury and funding for 4-5 years is required.
2. Experienced in corporate banking as credit analyst or corporate account manager is preferred.
3. Strong leadership, tactful and good interpersonal skill.
HAULING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :
• Prepare for hauling operational procedure at mining operation based on fixed plan and target

INTERNAL AUDITOR
Main responsibilities:
• To work with commissioner and management to ensure an audit system is in place which ensures that all major risks are identified and analysed, on an annual basis.
• To plan, organise and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs.
• To coordinate coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the others work but also well briefed on areas of concern.
• To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor managements response and implementation.
• To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management.
• Responsible for assisting the auditing of accounting and financial data of various departments within the organization.
• To provide both management and the audit committee with an opinion on the internal controls.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting with GPA min 2.8.
• 3 to 4 years proven track records as external auditor from a reputable public accounting firm.
• Experience as accountant and/ or internal auditor is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

, The primary role of the mine superintendent will be to ensure that the mining activities of the mining contractor, civil earthworks contractors and the blasting management services provider are in accordance with the mine plan. Take primary direction from the mining manager, however work in conjunction with the mine planning engineers, senior surveyor, geologists and the mine planning superintendent to ensure the daily mining and construction plans are achieved. Developed as the contact point between the mines contractors and the company for pit mining and all materials handling functions in the mining areas. As such he will administer the contracts and communication with the mines contractor.
MILL PROCESS SUPERINTENDENT (MPS)
Job Description:
Mill Process Superintendent (MPS)
, Will be responsible for the management of all of the activities of the mill complex including normal operations, maintenance, planning and budgeting. The Mill Superintendent will be a member of mine management team and will be responsible for minimizing cost of the operation while ensuring the maximum recovery form the processed ore. This position also be responsible to ensure that good environment, health, and safety practices are maintained and for the training and mentorship of all staff under his supervisor.
This is a leadership position with significant budgetary responsibilities, direct cost control leadership and oversight of multiple operations that requires proven experience in dealing effectively with sulphide ores and maximizing recoveries from such ores.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in mine engineering or similar with minimum 10 years experience in the mine supervision or mine engineering (MST).
•Degree in Metallurgy Engineer or equivalent experience in mill operation ( MPS)
• Experience with milling operations maintenance and metallurgy minimum 10 years.
• Good communication English skills both written and oral (all position).
• Gold mining experience will be advantages (all position).
