General Affair And Administration For Supporting Division
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

1. Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree In Accounting
3. Having min. 2-3 years of working experience in General Affair
4. Having ability to handling General Affair, e.g office equipment distribution, office maintenance, office renovation, office inventory management, supervision of transportation & distribution, office boy, receptionist, messenger, and cleaning services
5. Having ability to ensure the General Affair operation, developing and socializing General Affair policies
6. Having ability to dealing with building management, build good relationship with all department
7. Having knowlede related to process of licensing
8. Having ability to analyze problems, delegates, and prioritize
9. Having knowledge related to accounting process
10. Having knowledge related to fixed asset
11. Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
12. Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
13. Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Microssoft Office
14. Good command of english both in written and spoken.
