We are looking for "Sr GM Mine Operation" on behalf of our client multinational mining company in Indonesia in the past the company was the one of Indonesian Conglomerates company. Sr GM Mine Operation Location: Indonesia Residency: Indonesia Requirements / Preferences : • Minimum, a degree in mining or geology • At least 15 years experiences in mine operations at managerial level, 5 years at GM level and track records • Proficient in English (spoken & written) • Hands on & able to lead a team of GM to establish "best - in - class" mining practice & achievements; • have exposure to most if not all of mining processes, explorations & development, mining engineering / survey, grade control / quality • control, production, manpower planning and maintenance, and so forth; • Strong leadership and a competent manager Responsibilities : • Whole spectrum of mining operations including but not limited to explorations & development / MPE / survey, grade & quality control, production, equipments repair & maintenance and road constructions • Ensure daily / weekly deliverables are achieved i.e. output & quality, with minimal resource • Containment of cost of operations and reduction wastage • Establishment & implementation of "best - in - class" practice & SOPP • Foster & implement continuous improvement culture in business process • Enhancement of staff competency & reduction in staff voluntary attrition rate (VAR) Send your CV only (word format) to: indonesia@fircroft.com and quote the position you apply for with your current salary information and expectation.
