BCA Development Program (BDP)

Requirements

• Male / Female with maximum age of 25 years (for S1) and 27 years (for S2)
• Minimal S1 or S2
• Min GPA of 3.00 (S1) and 3.25 (S2) 
• Have a good communication skills
• Have high analytical skills
• Highly motivated 
• Drug-Free 
• Not married and willing to not get married for education
• Willing to undergo bond department after education 

Staff

Requirements

• Male / Female with maximum age 27 years
• Min Bachelor's Degree (S1) with min GPA of 2.75 (4.00 scale) preferably majoring in Computer Science (Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Computerized Accounting) or Economics (Accounting / Management) or Law
• Have good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Have the desire of achievement
• Frontliner (Customer Service/Teller)Requirements
• Male/Female, good looking with a maximum age of 25 years 
• Minimal S1 graduate with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00) 
• Physically and mentally healthy 
• Friendly and able to communicate well 
• Never involved drugs and other unlawful 
• Willing to be placed in all branches of the Bank in the city area of selection 
• Not married and willing to not get married during the internship
