Requirements:

• To supervise & monitor all lifting and transport activities
• To provide HSE leadership to all people who work under and around you
• Identify any equipment defects ensuring defects are reported as per policy
• Ensure all operators complete pre-start check sheet, closely monitor these sheets
• Ensure that only properly qualified & authorised personnel operate equipment
• Identifying training requirements of operators
• Ensure that all equipment is used in accordance with its inherent design capability
• Choose on the most efficient and cost effective method of moving materials
• Record accurately on each work order equipment and labour usage

Requirement:
• Diploma degree in any disciplines
• Have 5 years experience in lifting and oil & gas industry
• Has HSE Certificate, lifting equipment certificated
• Attention to detail and able to work extended hours to meet objectives
• Must be available for on call duty in emergency situation (if required)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Able to work both independently and team work
• Have a good personality

Responsibilities:
1. Attend Pre-start and HSE Meetings
2. Choose on the most efficient and cost effective method of moving materials
3. Plan and execute all activities in a safe and efficient manner
4. Ensure the all equipment is used in accordance with its inherent design capability
5. Ensure equipment defects are reported and repaired
6. Ensure equipment is not operated with a known defect that is or could be detrimental to safe operation
7. Identify training requirements of subordinates
8. Maintain a high level of house keeping
9. Maintain full compliance to POSB Waste Segregation Policy
10. Reduces energy consumption in area of responsibility by eliminating the unnecessary use of resources; water and power
11. Identify any environmental issues in area of area responsibility (regular audit schedule)

Civil Design Engineer
Monitor, control and supervise all civil engineering works, produce accurate and complex engineering calculations and documents to ensure all output are accurate and in a timely manner conform with International Engineering and Safety Standards and codes.
Requirement:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 5 years experiences in Civil Design office
• Strong Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
• Able to support estimating and feasibility studies as required
• Familiar with Civil Engineering Software (Terramodel)

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and review all civil work and document to ensure all work adheres to international Engineering standards and codes as well as company s management system.
2. Prepare and conduct complex Civil Engineering calculations in order to produce calculations of consistent accuracy.
3. Prepare and evaluate RFQ (Request for Quotations) packages and conduct TBE (Technical Bid Evaluations) in order to ensure RFQ s and TBE s accuracy and consistency.
4. Monitor and review the preparation of CTR s (Contribution to Ratios) and provide input into scheduling in order to ensure CTR s accuracy.
5. Operate and control civil engineering software packages and evaluate output (Terramodel) to suggesting changes and improvement where needed.
6. Provide technical support and technical guidance to associate engineer and personnel in order to conduct transfer of knowledge.
