Welding Foreman
To support the availability & workability of company plants by coordinating daily welding operation, either on equipment s maintenance or on infrastructure s maintenance program, and provide welding result which meet industry standard on quality, safety and reability. It includes to coordinate company s resources (welders) and to perform administration matters pertaining to daily welding operation.
Requirements:
• Min Diploma (3 years non-degree)
• Min 4 (four) years experience in welding operation, supervisory experience is a plus
• Understanding welding technique
• Able to use Bahasa properly, active & passive English

Responsibilities:
1. Carry out and coordinate daily welding related jobs, incl:
√ Plans and executes daily welding operation based on outstanding order
