• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law or related discipline
• at least 3 years experience at same position
• Possess good communication skills in written and spoken in interaction with the landlord or other team members and local government.
• Good negotiation skill will be highly valued.

2. HRGA SUPERVISOR Qualification:
• Male, Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Law, from Psychology or any related discipline
• Having know well and understanding of HR function area, Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration, Organization Development, Drafting company policy, Welfare, Jamsostek, Tax, Payroll, Outsourcing, People Development (KPI).
• Have strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, organizational and positive attitude.

• Experienced in drafting, reviewing the proposed contract, monitoring the execution of the contract by the other party and give legal advice in accordance with user demand.
• Drafting contract in English
• To ensures suitability ( compliance ) corporate activity that cover regulatory compliance, provide law opinion based on user’s requirement and litigation process
• 3 years experience at same position
• Fluent in English

5. SECRETARY TO BOD We are currently seeking a polished, confident and detail oriented Personal Assistant to support Senior Executive (Board of Director). We are looking for an individual who can work together with a team of other assistants and provide both personal and business support. The successful candidate will have a flexible attitude, strong communication skills, professional and discreet interpersonal skills, and should be proactive and resourceful.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organize ever changing calendars and complex schedules for both business and personal matters including but is not limited to: scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, anticipating needs and changing/rearranging meetings as appropriate
• Basic office and administrative tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist with event and party planning for business and personal, dinners, social gatherings, philanthropy, etc.
