Sales Assistant - Jakarta

Responsibilities: 
  • Preparing quotations
  • Sourcing non-stock items
  • Expediting purchase orders with local and overseas suppliers
  • Keeping the sales filing up-to-date
  • Update reports on outstanding inquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
  • Tender administration, preparing bid documents
  • Coordinating shipments, imports, logistics

Requirements:
  • Diploma (D3) or S1 – Accounting , Marketing or Administration / Secretarial.
  • Previous working experience at a trading or supply company is preferred.
  • Good command in English, both oral and written, is a must.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
  • Familiar with tender documentation, bonds and contracts
  • Good understanding of and experience with import, shipping and logistics procedures
  • Having knowledge about Piping Materials will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and liaise with Subordinate, Customer Service and branch office on expat crew’s visa, sign on/ off, stay permit (Dahsuskim), DAHSUSKIM Implementation, POA and Exit Re-Entry Permit and all others related to Immigration paper works on joining/ leaving crewmembers as well as on their transportation, ticketing and accommodation.
OTHERS
  • Give a necessary updates and reports to Senior Technical Advisor on the progress and development of operational matters (crew and vessel’s permits).
  • To source vessels when / if required
  • To work on other branch office and any other areas in which the company has operational activities as and when required.

Requirements:
  • Male, Age Minimum 28 years old
  • Min D3, Degree or relevant degree with good command of English
  • Having minimum 3 years of experience in offshore shipping agency and marine formalities
  • Excellent skills in Report preparation
  • Strong Personality, Able to communicate and maintain good relationship with relevant government officials
  • Able to work under pressure

Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for execution of financial, operational, IS/IT and compliance audit programs
  • Prepare and present the audit reports, giving recommendations to improve the system and process of the Company
  • Conduct review for compliance with policies, procedures and accounting standards
  • Prepare formal written reports in audit findings and recommendations
  • Challenging current working practices and finding ways to improve internal risk controls
  • Collecting and reviewing financial accounts and other data
  • Proactively evaluating risks and internal controls against changing trends and market/ economic conditions
  • Sharing with the auditees the results of the audit and agreeing appropriate corrective actions to remedy any non-conformances and the date by which the actions should be carried out
  • Reviewing compliance, ensuring the organization is adhering to rules, codes or practice, business ethics, internal guidelines and principles
  • Completing on-site business audits, evaluating the effectiveness of controls and writing up reports

Requirements:
  • Degree in accountancy from a recognized institution
  • Min 2 years’ of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in large MNC or Public Listed Company
  • Strong report writing skills in English, due to the work nature with US counterparts
  • Able to prepare audit program on business functions/ processes and Assist in preparation of annual audit plan (Planning individual audits, defining audit objectives and preparing audit plans)
  • Having ability to design and analysis of business process mapping  
  • Commitment to gaining professional qualifications and ongoing self-development
  • High level of technical auditing skills and knowledge of the organization/ sector you are working in
  • Strong analytical skills, Good team player, able to work independently
  • Must be able to use Ms.Office Visio
  • Those who are familiar with SAP – AIS and/ or SAP-GRC would be an added advantage
  • Those who experienced using CAAT (Idea/ ACL) will be advantageous
  • Those who have experienced with ISO standards from requirement to certification/ audit will be advantageous
