1. Mining operation Dept Head (Jakarta) (Mop-DH-J)
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer/Civil Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal operation project.
• Minimum 1 year in Project Manager position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Preferably held a "POU"/"POM" Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
2. Project Manager (PM)
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in the operation of open cut mining.
• Minimum 5 years in mine engineering / mine planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Preferably held a POM Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
3. Engineering Dept. Head (E-DH)
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining environtment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Preferably held a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Good working knowledge in mining software: Minescape, Xpac, etc.
• Strong commitment to safety.

4. Production Dept. Head (Prod-DH)
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining production section.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.

• Good working knowledge in mining software: Minescape, Xpac, etc.

5. Plant Dept. Head (Plt-DH)
• Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in heavy equipment industry.
• Experience in maintenance task identification, planning, scheduling, allocation and completion for mining equipment.
• Having knowledge in heavy equipment technical and operation, fluid, and oil analysis.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
6. Supply Management Dept. Head (SM-DH)
• Minimum Diploma degree in Industrial / Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in purchasing field from mining company.
• Hand on experience in analyzing and solving machine-related problems and needs.
• Ability to perform in time – pressures and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge about heavy equipment spare parts and their substitutions.
• Willing to be assigned in site: Kalimantan.
7. SHE Dept. Head (Jakarta) (SHE-DH-J)
• Bachelor Degree in Environmental, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in safety, health, and environmental in mining industri.
• Preferably held a POM Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining safety principles and practices.
• Strong commitment to safety.
8. SHE Dept. Head (site) (SHE-DH)
• MinimumDiploma degree in safety, nurse, mechanical, electrical or realted field.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in SHE section.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining safety principles and practices.
• Preferably held a POM Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be assigned in site : Kalimantan .
9. Administration Dept. Head (ADH)
• Minimum Bachelor degree in business, engineering, accounting major
• Minimum 2 years experiences in system/cost accounting or administration project in mining, construction or related industries

TAX SUPERVISOR

Role :

Based in Jakarta, you will supervise a small team of Finance staff working across all parts of the PSC s Indonesia business on all tax matters. Your remit will include all manners of taxation, including related accounting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and audit activities.

Requirements :

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, accounting or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualifications and membership of industry bodies
• 10+ years experience within a PSC Operator s Finance department
• 7+ years experience in a PSC Tax based role, ideally as a Manager
• Of the upstream oil and gas industry, and PSC accounting methodology
• Ideally a registered accountant, registered Tax Brevet (A, B & C) preferred

• Provide day to day technical advice and mentoring to cost centre representatives, and close out any outstanding tax issues
• Assist with the ongoing review of Finance and its GOI operations with the view to quantifiably improving capability
• Assist in identifying weaknesses within, and suggesting improvements to business processes and data flows as they relate to the foregoing
• Define, monitor and report on business health KPIs as they relate to the foregoing
• Ensure that all relevant reconciliations are performed monthly and reported to management

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Job Description :
To perform mine design, mine planning and control activities with the objective of ensuring the safe and economically sound development of mines with environmental awareness. The incumbent will have 7 weeks : 2 weeks roster

Requirements :
Degree in Mine engineering or related disciplines ; Minimium 3 years working experience in an open cut mining environment ; Good working knowledge in mining software: Minescape, Xpac, etc ; Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal & written) ; Possess POP/POM certificate would be an advantage ; Indonesian Citizen Only

Tyre Supervisor (INA-12-MRTB-00029)
Location : Batang Toru – South Tapanuli


Job Description :
Supervises and coordinates crew engaged activities of Tyre Repair & Maintenance ; Mounting-Dismounting ; Assembling- Disassembling ; Field activity ; Implementation Tyre Management System and Safety Management System ; Incumbent will have 7 weeks : 2 weeks roster (FIFO)

Requirements :
Minimium 5 years experience in tyre planning and maintenance of Heavy Equipments ; Strong background of OTR Tyre engineering or OTR Tyre Maintenance with 2 shift tyre fitter crew ; Good in English and basic computer ; Indonesian citizenship only
