Responsibilities: 
  • Creates Drawing, Bill of Material, Cost / Budgeting
  • Performs for all fabrication jobs (prepare material, fit up, welding, and painting) with good quality and compliance to acceptable standard
  • Performs Risk Assessment by early identification and anticipation
  • Performs construction or erection on field
  • Supervises Refurbishment  Project to ensure the best achievement
  • Acts Modification for flow lines or other high potential hot work area
  • Creates, reserves, and closes workover
  • Prepares and administers Daily Report, Weekly Report, and other related reports

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring Welding Engineering
  • Required skill(s): - Advance knowledge and skills in Welding Codes, Drawing, and Fabrication Procedure, Welding Method an Equipment, Welding Brevet, Corrosion / Paint Inspection,  Has Welding Inspector ( B4T / CSWIP/ DNV) , Familiar with international standard (ASME, ANSI, AWS, NACE, or other standard related to material and welding activity) ,  and understand with welding inspection method ( Destructive or Non Destructive Test)
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

1. PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have min. 15 years experience of Project Construction/Installation/Project Management in oil & gas offshore facilities
• Have several experiences in handling brown field /green field projects/pipeline projects

2. PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas/ Construction company and minimum 15 years in procurement
• Have good negotiation and communication skills
• Have good knowledge of export and import procedure
• Understand about supply chain management
•Have knowledge of suppliers and vendors also aware to the market price/trend
• Able to develop and implement the policies and procedures for all the procurement activities
3. INSTALLATION MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum 5 years of offshore construction experience
• Have minimum 5 years experience in offshore oil and gas facility design and construction experience
• Familiar in handling the project scope of fabrication and installation jacket and deck also pipeline
• Have excellent interpersonal, planning, scheduling, and organizations skill
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
4. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum 8 years of offshore construction experiences
• Have minimum 8 years experience in the same position and handling Greenfield/Brownfield project.
5. ENGINEERING MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of project engineering experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum 5 years of offshore construction experience
• Have minimum 8 years experience in the same position and handling Greenfield/Brownfield project.
6. PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years experience in Project Control in oil & Gas industries (offshore)
• Must have experience in handling min. 2 project as a Project Control Manager
• Proficient with Primavera and MS. Project
7. QA/QC MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have min. 10 years experience in QA/QC in oil & gas industries (offshore)
• Have min. 5 years experience of offshore facilities construction and fabrication
8. LEAD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years of working experience in construction engineering, brownfield modification and/or greenfield
9. LEAD STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Have minimum 10 years of experience in offshore installation engineering (structure)
• Familiar with design code AISC, API, DNV, Nobel Denton
• Professional on finite element analysis
• Advanced competency in the use of SACS, Staadpro software and processes applicable to offshore structural designs.
• Full knowledge of analyses for Load out, Transportation, and Lift
10. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (GREEN FIELD/BROWN FIELD)
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in the same position
• Has done project preparation such as writing installation procedures
• Has worked onboard barge or vessel as Field Engineer or Project Engineer during installation of subsea system in 3 different projects as a minimum
• Has working experiences in Oil & Gas industry, especially in offshore projects both green field and brown field
