1. Legal Senior Officer – Jakarta Based
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experiences in similar role position, preferably from mining industry.
• Willing to travel to site(s).
• Possess a PERADI license is an advantage.
• able to make a proper legal opinion and having an in-depth knowledge on Legal Due Diligence.
Other requirements:
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English.

• Posses Brevet certificate (A - B - C)

• Day-to-day field staking in accordance with Mine design.
• Fully responsible for monthly OB volume survey by Total Station with maximum accuracy.
• Ensure Accuracy and performance in Overburden Volume estimation by using minescape/minex/surpac software.
• Maintain elevation controls & Permanent Benchmark
• Responsible for maintaining a set of updated Mine Working Plan, Waste Disposal Plan, Geological Plan & Section, Surface Plan, and Environment Management Plan & Water Management Plan at site.
• Monthly update on Coal loss during Production based on Survey, Existing Mine Benches Dimensions
• Calibrate survey instruments to ensure correct and accurate measurements.
• Ensure safe storage and transport of equipment and survey instruments.
• Compile and produce Survey Original Raw data & Input file on Monthly basis to Head Office.

4. Production Manager/Mining Engineer (Code: PM) – East Kalimantan Based
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience in similar role.
• Age minimum 35 years old.
Job Description of Production Manager/ Mining Engineer:
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly mine work plans.
• Daily Coordination with Mining Contractor for requirement of Manpower, Machinery & Materials shortage to meet the Production Targets,
• Daily Coordination with Quality Department for Coal Quality analysis report for Total Sulphur % and further coordination with Mining Contractor/Foreman for Strip wise Mining to ensure grade wise Mining.
• Daily Coordination with Mining Engineer/Foreman/Checker for effective communication system for allocation of Coal hauling Trucks based on Total Sulphur%.

Requirements:

Job Description of Mine Planer:
• Provide Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annually Working Plan to Miners with appropriate Mine Planning and design, Geological Information with Cross Section, Stripping Ratio, Waste Disposal Location & Plan, Strip wise Coal Quality, and Lead Distance for Overburden etc.
• Mark the boundary of Mine Pits, Disposal Area based on Mine Working Plan with the help of Geologist and Surveyor.
• Monitor & regular control that all contractors should work within the pre fixed SR bounded area to achieve planned SR.
• Work closely with Mining Production Team & Mining Contractors in Mines & must ensure that comprehensive ground control strategy exists in the mines for Work plan implementation.
• Provide guidance & training to Contractor & Production Team for implementation of Mine Working Plan.
• Monitoring & evaluation of Mining Activity with feedback and generate daily Report for finding on planned implementation, Variances and Corrective action required to implement the work plan.
• Minimum 2 year experience in Minscape Mining software.

6. Senior Geologist (SG)
Requirements:

• Ready to travel to remote areas/sites

Job description for Senior Geologist
• Analyze the geological structure (fault, syncline, anticline)
• To monitor and coordinate exploration activities, start of collection process, evaluating, processing, preparation, and interpretation of geological data (eg : number, type, structure, quality )
• Analyze the distribution of coal based geological data obtained through the activity measurement, recording, documented in field data
• Analyze and recommend the determination of point drill monitoring and coordinate activities including pre - mining drilling for presenting information accurate drill point location, location coal reserves, and total quality
• Create and model to evaluate geology (geo modeling)
• Coordinate and monitor coal sampling process
• Assessing and determine the points of drilling holes (mapping) or if there irregularities discrepancy with geological data process while exploitable (eg thickness difference coal, coal structure difference, dsb)

1. Sr. Geologist and Geologist (Job Code: SGG)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. To monitor and coordinate the geological data preparation process (ex.: composition, geology structure, coal thickness, total seam, etc.); and evaluate the distribution of the coal and structure contour to determine or as the basis for the coal resources calculation.
  2. To implement and monitor the drilling process based on the drilling points which have been determined for coal sampling by coordinating with the contractor.
  3. To monitor the coal sampling process and coordinate with the Lab for coal composition analysis.
  4. To monitor the collection process of daily data from the pit, re-analysis of geology structure, coal thickness, coal and other stones position.
  5. To report if on the exploitation process there is any distortion or discrepancy of the exploration data, to be evaluated and followed up.
  6. To implement and monitor the coal sampling process either at the drilling process (exploration) or at the exploitation.
  7. To coordinate with the contractor in doing the drilling activity at the site based on the agreed work plan, including the drilling based on the new mapping.
  8. To observe the compatibility between the contractor performance report with the actual site implementation.
Requirements:
  1. Male is preferable, min. 5 years experience as Geologist in mining project, maximum age of 35 years old.
  2. Having geological background from reputable university.
  3. Willing to be located at site with certain roster schedule.
  4. Experience with the geological software such as MapInfo, global mapper will be an advantage.
  5. Having knowledge on the mining software such as Minescape will be an advantage.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.

  • Warga Negara Indonesia.
  • Usia Maksimal 40 tahun per 31 Desember 2013, dibuktikan dengan Akte/Surat Kelahiran dari pejabat yang berwenang.
  • Berkelakuan Baik dibuktikan dengan SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian).
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dokter.
  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan untuk mencapai target.
  • Lulus seleksi dan bersedia ditempatkan di semua kantor yang ditetapkan oleh Bank BPD DIY.
Persyaratan Khusus:
  • Pendidikan minimal sarjana (S1) dengan IPK minimal 3,00.
  • Berpengalaman minimal 4 tahun mengelola kredit korporasi di Bank Umum.
  • Menguasai bahasa Inggris aktif dengan TOEFL minimal 450 (wajib menunjukkan sertifikat TOEFL dari lembaga yang kompeten dan masih berlaku).
  • Tidak mempunyai hubungan keluarga ayah, ibu, anak, kakak, adik, menantu dan ipar dengan pengurus maupun pegawai Bank BPD DIY.
Persyaratan Lamaran:
  • Peserta diwajibkan mendaftar melalui website Bank BPD DIY dengan alamat http://karir.bpddiy.co.id
  • Pendaftaran melalui website sampai dengan tanggal 30 November 2013 Pukul 12.00 WIB.
  • Bagi peserta yang memenuhi persyaratan akan diberitahukan melalui website Bank BPD DIY pada tanggal 20 Desember 2013
Ketentuan Lain-lain:
  • Panitia tidak menerima lamaran baik via pos maupun langsung ke Bank BPD DIY.
  • Tidak ada perantara dan pungutan biaya atau imbalan dalam bentuk apapun berkaitan dengan penerimaan ini.
  • Apabila pelamar tidak menunjukkan dokumen/data pendukung yang dipersyaratkan maka peserta tersebut dinyatakan gugur.
  • Hanya pelamar dengan kualifikasi terbaik yang akan diikutsertakana dalam proses seleksi selanjutnya.
  • Segala keputusan berkaitan dengan seleksi ini menjadi hak Bank BPD DIY yang bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
