1. LAND ACQUISITION OFFICERQualification:
• Male / Female, Minimum 25 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law or related discipline
• at least 3 years experience at same position
• Possess good communication skills in written and spoken in interaction with the landlord or other team members and local government.
• Good negotiation skill will be highly valued.
• Ready worked in remote area
2. HRGA SUPERVISORQualification:
• Male, Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Law, from Psychology or any related discipline
• Having know well and understanding of HR function area, Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration, Organization Development, Drafting company policy, Welfare, Jamsostek, Tax, Payroll, Outsourcing, People Development (KPI).
• Have strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, organizational and positive attitude.
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point & visio)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skill
• Having know well of building maintenance, managing transportation, catering, office & dormitory, service organization and customer satisfaction
• 3 - 5 years experience in Mining Company
• Ready worked in remote area
3. LEGAL OFFICERQualification:
• Male / Female, Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law form Reputable University, Master Degree will be advantage
• Understanding of company business process. Prefer backgrounds from mining company
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing the proposed contract, monitoring the execution of the contract by the other party and give legal advice in accordance with user demand.
• Drafting contract in English
• To ensures suitability ( compliance ) corporate activity that cover regulatory compliance, provide law opinion based on user’s requirement and litigation process
• 3 years experience at same position
• Fluent in English
• Ready worked in remote area
4. LC & EXTERNAL SUPERVISORQualification:
• Male / Female, Minimum 27 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Social Science
• Minimum 5 years experience in the field of External Relation at the mining industry
• Understanding the rules in the field of mining, environmental, and land well
• Have the ability and experience in land acquisition
• Having the ability to manage enterprise risk management
• Strong communication and negotiation.
• Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
• Ready worked in remote area
All position will be placement in Kabupaten Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
5. SECRETARY TO BODWe are currently seeking a polished, confident and detail oriented Personal Assistant to support Senior Executive (Board of Director). We are looking for an individual who can work together with a team of other assistants and provide both personal and business support. The successful candidate will have a flexible attitude, strong communication skills, professional and discreet interpersonal skills, and should be proactive and resourceful.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organize ever changing calendars and complex schedules for both business and personal matters including but is not limited to: scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, anticipating needs and changing/rearranging meetings as appropriate
• Basic office and administrative tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist with event and party planning for business and personal, dinners, social gatherings, philanthropy, etc.
• Field a high volume of phone calls and maintain contact information.
• Draft email and mail correspondence as well as coordinate mass mailings.
• Manage daily routine of the executive office including but not limited to phones, filing, faxes, correspondence, mail and errands.
• Act as a liaison between executives and clients/colleagues to facilitate work and accomplish objective in a collaborative effort.
• Assist with preparing presentations and executive packages (includes editing, printing, binding, copying).
• Coordinate business events from conception through execution including locating venue, selecting catering, coordinating guest list and managing RSVP lists.

• Having experience as Personnel Assistant & Relevant Job are preferable
• Having Secretarial Skill, Customer Service Skill, Filling & Handling incoming/ out-going phone.
• A strong work ethic, polished/poised and resourceful
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command in speaking and writing English, Pleasant personality and well representative
• High proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
