BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - RIAU

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities and the achievement of targeted market share & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
2. Business development and creating demand through the activations of the outlets.
3. Engage and influence the customers through regular outlet visit.
4. Consistently provide the best service & understand the customer needs and influence them.
5. Implement standard activities in the outlet in accordance with the provisions of the company.
6. Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in his area in line with the management strategy.
7. Liaise with Distributor’s team to achieve sales target within assigned territory.
8. Periodically monitor Distributor performance and following up with corrective action.

Requirements:

1. S1 graduate from any discipline.
2. Having experienced as a sales supervisor or promotion representative for min. 2 years, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
3. Excellent in communication, interpersonal relationship, as well as team working.
4. Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
5. Excellent in negotiation skill and integrity.
6. Pro-active and achievement-oriented person
7. Good command of English, spoken and written
8. Familiar with Ms. Office program
9. Hold driving license “A”
10. Work Location: Riau - Pekanbaru
