POSITION SUMMARY
Principal Accountabilities:
Reporting to HR Manager, HR Advisor – IR/ER is responsible to design, implement and monitor human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc. The position is also responsible for being the main focal point to Government Authorities including and not limited to SKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department. Internally the person will be the focal point in dealing with the Union and solving any Employee Relation issue. As part of the job the incumbent is expected to keep abreast of government policies, industry practices to help anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends.

Main Activities:
1. Manages employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices.
2. Develops and implements policies and procedures, including grievance procedures.
3. Engage leadership team in policy development and changes as well as socialize company policies to union and employees in general.
4. Represent the organization in contract negotiations with labor unions and taking the lead in conducting the socialization of industrial policies to employee.
5. Represent the company in every non litigation disputes event and litigation disputes event (Labour courts and High Supreme Court as required).
6. Administer collective bargaining agreements and resolves employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
7. Help line managers implement fair procedures to deal with misconduct and incapacity (medical or poor work performance).
8. Analyze industrial relation cases and provide report and recommendation to HR/Management.
9. Maintain relationship with Government Authorities including and not limited to SKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department
10. Keep abreast of changes in government policies, industry practices to help anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Education and Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Law/Finance/Psychology).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR particularly industrial relations and employee services/general affairs, as well as generalist role.
• Has proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and other related regulations.

b) Technical Competencies and Knowledge:
• Analytical skills and dispute resolution.
• Excellent business process skills; knowledge of Indonesia HR regulations, and in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Has proficiency in Indonesian manpower, outsourcing laws and other related regulations.
• Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practice.
• Fast learner and eager to learning.
• Good negotiation, communication and engagement skills.

c) Basic skill:
• Computer Literate, familiarity with excels is a must.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English is a must.
• Initiative, excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.

HRD Superintendent/Manager

Qualification:

3. At least 7 years of working experience in the same position

Environment & Reclamation Superintendent
Reclamation Superintendent is reporting to Sr. Manager CSR & Reclamation. Responsible for Develop, implement, and monitor the program reclamation the entire site including physically activity and preparing budget, making monthly evaluation reports of reclamation, perform technical guidance throughout the implementation of the reclamation entire site starting from the pre-mining, mine out, nursery, planting reclamation, plant maintenance to post-mining, coordination with the consultants in order to oversee the preparation of the environmental impact of good and perfect.
Qualification:
1. Male / Female
2. S1 degree environment, forestry, agronomy or any major
3. At least 5 years of working experience in the same position
4. Having AMDAL course
5. Able to operating computer application (Autocad, ArcGIS, MS Word and Excel)
6. Self-motivated and able use initiative

Project Superintendent
The Project Superintendent is reporting to Project Manager. Responsible for manage, control and monitor of cost budget, prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report, coordination with contractor to ensure that the overall planning, scheduling and all activities on site progress are completion.
Qualification:
1. Male
2. S1 degree Civil Engineering
3. At least 7 years of working experience in the same position in mining industry
4. Software competency AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and Power point
5. Has good leadership, self-motivated and good team work
6. Placement in mining site and head office Jakarta
HSE Supervisor/Superintendent
The HSE Supervisor/ Superintendent are reporting to Superintendent / Manager HSE Division. Responsible for Design, implement, communication, coordination, monitoring, evaluating and audit Environmental, health, and Safety programs.
Qualification:
1. Male
2. S1 degree HSE or any major relevant
3. At least 3 years for Supervisor and 7 years for Superintendent of working experience in the same position in mining industry
4. Having the knowledge and skill HSE Management, and systems Audit
5. Having POP and AK3 certification
6. Able to operating computer application ( MS Word, Excel, and Power point)
7. Has good leadership, self-motivated and good team work
8. Placement in mining site
Sr. Manager Operation (OM) / GM Operation
The Sr. Manager Operation / GM Operation are responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
Qualification:
1. Male (Sr. Operation Manager max. 45 years old, GM Operation max. 50 years old).
2. Bachelor degree from Engineering
3. At least 8 years for Sr. Operation Manager, and 10 years for GM Operation of working experience in open cut mining operation (Iron, bauxite, and coal)
4. Having some experience in manufacturing industry.
5. Held POM Certification
6. Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive result
7. Comprehensive Knowledge of mining management principles and practice
8. Initiative, communications, information monitoring planning and organizing
9. Strong commitment to safety
10. Willing to be located at mine site
Mine Planning Engineer Supervisor/Superintendent
Supporting the Planning Manager/Superintendent to develop short, medium and long term planning activities for the mining operations.
Qualification:
1. Male
2. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
3. Min. 7 years experience for Superintendent and 2 years for Supervisor in similar position
4. Extensive experience in planning and scheduling
5. Able to operating mining software (Surpac, Minescape, Surfer and Map Info)
6. Good understanding in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining methods and equipment.
7. Having good analytical skill

Mine Production Supervisor/Superintendent
Responsible to the Bauxite Processing Plant Superintendent/Manager to controlling, analyze, evaluating, and reporting mining activities.
Qualification:
1. Male
2. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
3. Min. 7 years experience for Superintendent and 3 years for Supervisor in similar position
4. Extensive experience similar position
5. Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certificate is preferable
6. Good understanding in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining methods and equipment
7. Good knowledge about Safety/ K3 procedure, regulation, and environmental management
8. Having good analytical skill
9. Excellent leadership and communication skills
10. Willing to be posted in mining site
Marine Manager
The Manager responsible for manage complex shipping operation, the port and the support facilities, understand operations, methods, and standard procedures, knowledgeable of draft survey shipping, familiar vessel documentations, shipping agency and TKBM, and experience in crane barges operations.
Qualification:
1. Male
2. Bachelor degree from Nautika / Port Management
3. Having min.ANT III certification
4. At least 7 years in similar position
5. Ability to work well under pressure, good communication skills and leadership.
6. Strong commitment to safety
7. Willing to be located at mine site
Resources Geologist
The Resources Geologist is reporting to Exploration Manager. Responsible for minerals resources calculation in accordance with JORC standards.
Qualification:
1. Male / Female
2. Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
3. Min. 3 years experience in similar position
4. Able to operating mining software (Surpac, Auto cad, and Map Info)
5. Having good analytical skill
6. Mature, self-motivates, and can work with team
7. Willing to be posted in Head Office Jakarta
Loading Master
The Loading Master is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement, unloading and loading of bulk carrier at the refinery jetty and make sure the process of loading at the port can running well, make supervision from HSE aspect for all process.
Qualification:
1. Male
2. Diploma Nautika
3. Min. 3 years experience in similar position, fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Having min. ANT III certification
5. Having knowledge on safety /K3
6. Mature, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill
7. Willing to be posted in mining site
