Procurement Engineer Responsible:
For managing the entire purchasing/tendering process, from defining and understanding the project/user s request, sourcing, request for quotation, evaluate suppliers (local and overseas), negotiation, scheduling, processing PO, follow up on orders, delivery control and expediting material to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements:
1. Male/Female, Diploma Degree from any major (Engineering Preferable)
2. Minimum 2 years experience as buyer/procurement in EPC Company, knowledge in custom & import regulations would be an advantage
3. Good understanding of procurement activity and rules
4. Hard negotiation skill and enjoy dealing with people
5. Computer literate, understanding Navision/SAP is a plus
6. Basic English min. passive (able to correspondence via email)
7. Strong will, assertive, well manner, hard working, fast learner, innovative and full dedicated
