AREA SALES SUPERVISOR ( BATAM )

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for establish plan and target achievement of assigned area which include secondary sales distribution, coverage and merchandising.



Desired Skills & Experience

Academy or Bachelor degree from any disciplines.
2 - 3 years of experience in supervising sales team at FMCG industry is a must.
Supervisory skills and ability to motivate and drive sales team to achieve the target.
Commercial acumen.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Computer literate.
Coverage Area : Batam.
