To strengthen our mining business growth, we are looking for experienced mining candidates, to join us as: SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Requirements: - Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Mining - Engineering/Geology/Business & Management - Min. 15 years comprehensive experience in reputable Mining Company. - Min 8 years in managerial level (experience in leading mining department from exploration until shipment, including coordinating, controlling technical activities: handling mine operation, mine planning, mining projects, acquisition, etc) - Experienced in developing mining business (analyzing new sites, handling license, develop network with local government and or masses/citizen) - Preparing and developing budgeting & financial report - Familiar with mining software/program such as: minescape, start model, opencut, etc will be an advantage - Excellent communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral & written) SENIOR EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST Requirements: - Bachelor of Science in Geology / Geological Engineering - Min. 10 years of practical experience in reputable mining Company (experience in Mining Consultant Company is a plus); several years of exp in multi resources mining is an advantage - Advanced technical knowledge of Geology for Coal (various type of mineralization is a plus) - Demonstrates ability to manage large & technically complex project - Able to lead & manage prospecting team in order to finding, confirming & analyzing new mining sites (Experience in supervising technical professionals & non-technical staff is a must) - Good interpersonal & negotiation skill Should you meet above requirements, please send your comprehensive CV, recent photographs, recent & expected salary to: hrdccm@ccm.co.id
