HSE MANAGER
PT. H&H Utama International is a well reputed, highly regarded General Steel Fabrication company with principal facilities located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. We have a substantial branch on the Kaltim Prima Coal mine site at Sangatta. We have been serving International clients within the Oil & Gas, Mining and Construction industries since our incorporation in 1974.
Presently we have a current workforce in excess of 300 people. We have in house Engineering and Drafting departments. Our well equipped facilities are capable of handling a throughput of some 30,000 tons steel annually. Our business covers tank manufacture and field erection, piping installation, welding, fitting, rigging, manpower supply and equipment hire, onshore and offshore construction. We have a precision machine shop offering general and specialized machining services.
We wish to appoint an experienced HSE Manager. The appointee will be technically qualified to degree level and preferably have experience in steel fabrication or allied business. This is a permanent Balikpapan based position on single status.

Responsible to plan and manage drill and blast activities with the objective of ensuring statutory compliance and achieving blast results that optimize project cost.

Bachelor Degree in Mining, Having Shot Firer Certificate, Minimum 3 years experience in mining & 1 year blasting experience, Able to use Minescape/Surpac to make drill&blast working plan, Having knowledge of Shotplan/Shotplus software
Technical Advisor – Tyre(INA-12-BPN-00025)
Location: Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
Job Description:
To assist and support the Tyre Manager to implement and carry out the Tyre Management Systems and Procedures. To lead and manage LCI tyre repair workshop in certain locations, polyurethane filling station, tyre recap facility. To lead, train and support tyre superintendent and tyre supervisor to carry tyre inspection, tyre change out schedule. To lead and train the tyre repair and retreading crew to conduct work as per the international standard. To archive REMA TIP TOP OTR certification and to drive and promote ZERO Incident and ZERO Repair Failure.
Requirements:
Mechanical Technical apprenticeship or Trade apprenticeship with min 3 years experience in planning and maintenance; Strong background of OTR Tyre engineering or OTR Tyre Maintenance; good in English and strong computer knowledge. Tyre repair knowledge. Team Leader experience and skills. Indonesian citizen only.

Supply & Warehouse Superintendent (INA-12-BPN-00022)

Responsible to oversee area plant maintenance activities with the objective of providing safe, reliable plant and equipment to each project
Requirements:
Having minimium Trade certification in a mechanical engineering discipline with 10 years in maintaining heavy earth moving equipment, minimum 5 experience years in a supervisory role, Having In-depth knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) earth mover products, Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project

Mining Supervisor (INA-12-MGM-00004)
Location: MGM coal Mine Project, Center Kalimantan
Job Description :
The successfull candidate will be reponsible to coordinate the part of mining operation to which he has been assigned according to agreed plan, while maintaining a place of work that is safe and free from risk to health and to environment with the objective of ensuring that production target are met.
Requirements :
Candidate should hold min. trade qualifiation in mining operational with 5 years experiences with heavy equipment ; preferably having POP certificate ; and currently in a supervisory role ; Indonesia citizen only ; Roster 4 : 2.

Job descriptions:
The candidate must possess at least a diploma in engineering (mechanical) or equivalent; Minimum 5 years as mechanic/ technician specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent in mining area;
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of working experience as supervisor/ team leader; Willing to work in the remote area. The incumbent will have 7 weeks : 2 weeks roster.
