Pengumuman Pendaftaran Seleksi Calon Asisten Ombudsman RI Perwakilan di Daerah Tahun 2013 - Mei 2013

Pengumuman Pendaftaran Seleksi Calon Asisten Ombudsman RI Perwakilan di Daerah Tahun 2013 - Mei 2013 - Ombudsman Republik Indonesia bermaksud memilih 27 (dua puluh tujuh) orang putra/putri terbaik warga negara Republik Indonesia untuk menjadi pegawai tetap Ombudsman Republik Indonesia sebagai Calon Asisten Ombudsman di daerah provinsi sebagai berikut:
  1. Provinsi Banten di Serang;
  2. Provinsi Jambi di Jambi;
  3. Provinsi Gorontalo di Gorontalo;
  4. Provinsi Papua Barat di Manokwari,
  5. Provinsi Bangka Belitung di Pangkal Pinang;
  6. Provinsi Bengkulu di Bengkulu;
  7. Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah di Palangkaraya;
  8. Provinsi Sulawesi Barat di Mamuju; dan
  9. Provinsi Maluku Utara di Ternate.
Sesuai dengan formasi, kebutuhan dan ketentuan yang berlaku, untuk setiap daerah provinsi masing-masing 3 (tiga) orang dengan pelaksanaan seleksi Calon Asisten Ombuds­man harus memenuhi kompetensi dan memenuhi persyaratan sebagai berikut:

  • Warga Negara Republik Indonesia;
  • Berusia paling rendah 22 (dua puluh dua) tahun dan paling tinggi 30 (tiga puluh) tahun;
  • Pendidikan paling rendah sarjana atau yang sederajat;
  • Diutamakan berpengalaman dan memahami bidang organisasi kemasyarakatan;
  • Jujur dan berintegritas;
  • Tidak pernah dijatuhi pidana berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, karena melakukan tindak pidana yang diancam dengan pidana penjara 5 (lima) tahun atau lebih;
  • Tidak pernah melakukan perbuatan tercela; dan
  • Bersedia tidak merangkap sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil, anggota partai politik, advokat serta profesi lainnya (dokter, akuntan, advokat, notaris, pejabat pembuat akte tanah)
  1. Surat lamaran yang dibuat di atas kertas bermeterai cukup;
  2. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
  3. Pasfoto terbaru 3 (tiga) lembar ukuran (4×6) berwarna;
  4. Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk masih berlaku;
  5. Fotokopi ijazah terakhir yang dilegalisasi oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
  6. Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani dan rohani dari dokter pemerintah;
  7. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian asli dan masih berlaku;
  8. Surat Pernyataan yang dibuat sendiri oleh yang bersangkutan di atas kertas bermeterai cukup, bahwa bersedia untuk tidak merangkap sebagai pegawai negeri, anggota partai politik, advokat serta profesi lainnya (dokter, akuntan, advokat, notaris, pejabat pembuat akte tanah), apabila yang bersangkutan diterima sebagai Calon Asisten Ombudsman Perwakilan; dan
  9. Dalam hal pendaftar berstatus sebagai PNS, Surat Pernyataan yang dibuat sendiri oleh yang bersangkutan di atas kertas bermeterai cukup yang diketahui oleh atasan langsung, bahwa bersedia untuk berhenti sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil apabila diterima sebagai Calon Asisten Ombudsman.

Pada tanggal 22 September 2004, Presiden Republik Indonesia mengesahkan Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 tentang Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang tersebut, LPS, suatu lembaga independen yang berfungsi menjamin simpanan nasabah penyimpan dan turut aktif dalam memelihara stabilitas sistem perbankan sesuai dengan kewenangannya, dibentuk.
Undang-undang ini berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 22 September 2005, dan sejak tanggal tersebut LPS resmi beroperasi.

    5. SHE Supervisor (Code : SSP)

    6.5 Based in South Kalimantan
    7. Mine Geologist Section Head (Code : MGS)
    7.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology
    7.2 Minimum 5 Year experience as Geologist in coal mining Industry

    7.4 Good ability in Geological Modelling with Autocad, Minescape/Minex

    8. Resource Geologist (Code : RGS)
