| Archean Indonesia coal mining operation in Indonesia commenced in the year 2004. The group enjoys the ownership of several coal mining concessions which are under various stage of operations across different coal rich provinces in Indonesia. The current total production from the four operating mines spread across Sumatera and Kalimantan registers over 400,000 MT per month of various coal specifications. Archean Indonesia is currently is looking for the following personnel to fill the following positions. 1. Legal Senior Officer – Jakarta BasedRequirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable university. • Minimum 5-7 years of experiences in similar role position, preferably from mining industry. • Willing to travel to site(s). • Possess a PERADI license is an advantage. • able to make a proper legal opinion and having an in-depth knowledge on Legal Due Diligence. Other requirements: • Strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English. DGM/Senior Manager Tax– Jakarta based.Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree Accounting. • Minimum 10 years experiences in similar role position preferably from mining industry • Age 38 years above • Having good knowledge of Accounting and Tax regulation. • Posses Brevet certificate (A - B - C) • Able to make financial report & tax report Other requirements: • Strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English. Surveyor Officer (Code: S0) – East Kalimantan Based. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Geodetic, Geologist or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role. • Age minimum 28 years old. Job Description of Surveyor: • Survey support to all Surface & Open pit operations • Plan and prepare for Survey data collection and Volume Calculations. • Day-to-day field staking in accordance with Mine design. • Fully responsible for monthly OB volume survey by Total Station with maximum accuracy. • Ensure Accuracy and performance in Overburden Volume estimation by using minescape/minex/surpac software. • Maintain elevation controls & Permanent Benchmark • Responsible for maintaining a set of updated Mine Working Plan, Waste Disposal Plan, Geological Plan & Section, Surface Plan, and Environment Management Plan & Water Management Plan at site. • Monthly update on Coal loss during Production based on Survey, Existing Mine Benches Dimensions • Calibrate survey instruments to ensure correct and accurate measurements. • Ensure safe storage and transport of equipment and survey instruments. • Compile and produce Survey Original Raw data & Input file on Monthly basis to Head Office. 4. Production Manager/Mining Engineer (Code: PM) – East Kalimantan BasedRequirements: • Candidate must possess at least bachelor in Engineering • Minimum 8 years experience in similar role. • Age minimum 35 years old. Job Description of Production Manager/ Mining Engineer: • Implement daily, weekly and monthly mine work plans. • Daily Coordination with Mining Contractor for requirement of Manpower, Machinery & Materials shortage to meet the Production Targets, • Daily Coordination with Quality Department for Coal Quality analysis report for Total Sulphur % and further coordination with Mining Contractor/Foreman for Strip wise Mining to ensure grade wise Mining. • Daily Coordination with Mining Engineer/Foreman/Checker for effective communication system for allocation of Coal hauling Trucks based on Total Sulphur%. • Ensure Coal production without any contamination & maximum Coal Recovery during Production. • Monitoring & evaluation of Mining Activity with feedback and generate daily Report for finding on planned implementation, Variances and Corrective action required to implement the work plan. 5. Mine Planer (Code: MP)– East Kalimantan BasedRequirements: • Candidate must possess at least bachelor in Mining Engineering / Geology • Minimum 5 years experience in similar role. • Age minimum 30 years old. Job Description of Mine Planer: • Provide Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annually Working Plan to Miners with appropriate Mine Planning and design, Geological Information with Cross Section, Stripping Ratio, Waste Disposal Location & Plan, Strip wise Coal Quality, and Lead Distance for Overburden etc. • Mark the boundary of Mine Pits, Disposal Area based on Mine Working Plan with the help of Geologist and Surveyor. • Monitor & regular control that all contractors should work within the pre fixed SR bounded area to achieve planned SR. • Work closely with Mining Production Team & Mining Contractors in Mines & must ensure that comprehensive ground control strategy exists in the mines for Work plan implementation. • Provide guidance & training to Contractor & Production Team for implementation of Mine Working Plan. • Monitoring & evaluation of Mining Activity with feedback and generate daily Report for finding on planned implementation, Variances and Corrective action required to implement the work plan. • Minimum 2 year experience in Minscape Mining software. 6. Senior Geologist (SG) Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least bachelor in Mining Engineering /Geology • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role. • Age minimum 30 years old. • Ready to travel to remote areas/sites Job description for Senior Geologist • Analyze the geological structure (fault, syncline, anticline) • To monitor and coordinate exploration activities, start of collection process, evaluating, processing, preparation, and interpretation of geological data (eg : number, type, structure, quality ) • Analyze the distribution of coal based geological data obtained through the activity measurement, recording, documented in field data • Analyze and recommend the determination of point drill monitoring and coordinate activities including pre - mining drilling for presenting information accurate drill point location, location coal reserves, and total quality • Create and model to evaluate geology (geo modeling) • Coordinate and monitor coal sampling process • Assessing and determine the points of drilling holes (mapping) or if there irregularities discrepancy with geological data process while exploitable (eg thickness difference coal, coal structure difference, dsb) • Understand the procedures or work with the JORC methods • Familiar with the software Acad, Mapinfo, Arc GIS, MinescapeIf you meet the above requirement, please submit your comprehensive resume and recent photograph (include current Salary and Salary Expectation) within 14 days from date of advertisement to: hrd@coremin.co.id | |
