PT KALTIM PRIMA COAL (PT KPC)
01. MANAGER - ACCOUNTING & TAX
▪ Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Degree, in Finance/ Accountancy/ Taxation or equivalent.
▪ Required skill(s) Accounting, Taxation, Finance Management and financial analysis, Team Leader, Decision Making.
▪ At least 10 years of experience in Accounting/ Audit Firm or Mining Companies. Familiar with IFRS, Indonesia Taxation and Mining Regulation.
▪ Demonstrated high level of leadership and managerial skills with a minimum of 5 years prior supervisory/ management experience.
▪ Demonstrated extensive background in the financial area including financial analysis, financial reporting, financial modeling, tax reporting.

02. MANAGER - INTERNAL AUDIT
▪ Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in business management/ accounting, Master degree is preferred.
▪ At least 10 (ten) years internal audit experience. Ideally in a large scale corporate environment covering operational, risk, assurance audits as well as audit work at a recognized senior level and exposure to the oil, gas or mining industries.
▪ Managerial and supervisory experience.
▪ Project management skills.
▪ Attention to detail together with analytical and problem solving skills.
▪ Hold professional/ expertise certification from recognized professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor).

03. SENIOR SPECIALIST – GENERAL TRAINING
▪ A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, education or social sciences, or studies with core concentrations in human resources management or business.
▪ Considerable experience in the delivery of managerial and leadership subjects (as a trainer for minimum 5 years).
▪ Have knowledge of adult learning theory, the methods and principles of curriculum and training design, and the best practices for teaching groups and individuals.
▪ Instructional and facilitation skills.
▪ Time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
▪ Ability to formulate learning objectives, to evaluate training effectiveness, and to assess training needs.
▪ Have the ability to instruct and communicate with organizational personnel regarding training needs for management.

04. ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
▪ Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
▪ Experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relations.
▪ Knowledge and ability to implement safety policies & procedures.
▪ Have good knowledge and experience in mechanical installation techniques and standards.
▪ Have high personal energy level and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic project environment.

05. PROJECT ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
▪ Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in mechanical disciplines (preferably coal fire power plant construction/ operation, rotating machinery) with sufficient exposure to capital projects.
▪ Understand project management tools and techniques.
▪ Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
▪ Familiar/ experience working in a dynamic project environment.

06. SECRETARY - MANAGER
▪ Minimum D3 Secretary Academy graduate or equivalent, plus minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial duties.
▪ Written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English (minimum Level 6).
▪ Skills in standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
▪ Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures.
▪ Ability to keep confidentiality of sensitive information.
▪ Responsiveness, work accuracy, initiative, creativity, assertiveness, patience, flexibility.

07. ENGINEER - MINING
▪ Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
▪ Having 2 years’ experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
▪ Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
▪ Having experience in using MINEX software.
▪ Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.

08. PROJECT SUPERVISOR - CIVIL
▪ S1 degree in Civil Engineering
▪Having min 3 years plus of relevant industry/ management experiences, and having budgeting skills are essential for senior position.
▪ Extensive experience and proven skills in Civil Engineering/Construction and/or earthmoving industries. Having experience in Civil Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
▪Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
▪ Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.

09. SUPERINTENDENT – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
▪ Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation
▪ Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
▪ Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
▪ Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.

10. PROJECT ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL (POWER)
▪ Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences.
▪ Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems.

▪ Have a degree in computing or other relevant subjects, and/or hold a relevant certificate(s) from Microsoft or other recognized organization in computing services.
▪ Have experience and proven skills in user support environment (minimum 5 years) with a broad knowledge in the field of computing and communications and a strong organization and planning capability.
▪ Have experience in people management with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role (with direct subordinates).
▪ Having good willing to solve any problem or doing some research & development to get solution or improvements.
▪ Having knowledge on security & AV matters.
▪ Having knowledge on CCTV concepts/designs.

We are one of the largest and fast growing coal mining companies running our operation in Berau, East-Kalimantan. We are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions:
1. Long Term Mine Planner
Responsible to develop long term mine plan, provide recommendation of mine development, making technical and economical mining evaluation and provide risk analysis for long term mine plan.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience at similar position
• Holding POP certification would be an advantage.
• Proficient in mine planning software (Minex, MineScape, etc).
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
2. Short Term Mine Planner
Responsible to design short term mine plan; making of daily, weekly and rolling three months mine plan and control the implementation of mine plan. Evaluate progress of production target. Recommend efficiency and effective in mine operation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position.
• Holding POP certification would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Mine Scape Core & Open cut certified.
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan)
3. Transhipment Supervisor
Responsible to supervising the loading unloading coal activities from barges to mother vessel / OGV (Ocean Going Vessels) and coordinating the transportation to the coal transshipment point.
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree / Diploma IV in Nautic
• Chief Mate Ocean (MPB II / ANT II qualification).
• Minimum 2 years working experience as officer in International liner, shipping agency or stevedoring company will be advantage
• Fluent in English.
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
4. Mine Surveyor-GIS
Responsible to measuring, processing the data survey, and show the boundary pole of mining location to the customer.
Requirements:
• SMA/SMK, in mapping & Survey.
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position preferably from coal mining industries.
• Have good motivation and physical ability.
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
5. Geological Operation
Responsible to coordinate geological data retrieval operations in order to identify the geological resources and mining support activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering
• Min 4 years experience at similar position
• Familiar in geological data management & geological resource model
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
6. Blasting Engineer
Responsible to supervise blasting operation activity can be implementing & the quality of blasting match with Berau Coal blasting operation standart (with no boulder, fly rock, ground vibration and small air blast).
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience as Blasting Supervisor
• Having second class blaster certification, KJL and preferably to KIM
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
7. OHSE Training
Responsible to conduct HSE Training [SIMAK K3L] programs to the Berau Coal & Contractor employees. The training activity can be starting from prepare proposal, training silabus / material, delivering & evaluating the activity of training
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree Majoring Mining Engineering, Geological, HSE & other technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience associated with implementation of Safety Management Systems including exposure to international management system standards such as OHSAS 18000 series.
• Proven adult education methodology to create the instructional design and deployment models for companywide HSE training workshops, courses and programs.
• The candidate will have an understanding of adult learning theory and be able to apply adult learning methodologies.
• Recognized technical certification in Safety Management Systems and/or Occupational Health and Safety will be advantage (HIRADC, HSE Management Systems, Fire Management Systems and Having TOT certification)
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, self-motivated working environment.
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).

8. Mine Engineer
Responsible to design short term mine plan and supervising mining production activity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
• POP certified.
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position.
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
9. GA Facility & Utility Supervisor
Responsible to manage the company”s facilities services for employees and guests in the work environment Berau regency.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in architect, design interior.
• Min 2 years experience at similar position
• Familiar with design interior model
• Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
10. Recruitment Supervisor
Responsible to supervise the man power fulfillment activity, Recruitment and selection activity based on competency. Developing annual programme of Graduate Internship Programme.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Bussines Management, & other management discipline
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience associated with recruiment & development programme

• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate

• Ready worked in remote area

4. ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER (Site Project Base)
Responsibilities:
To ensure that all environmental monitoring activities are completed in accordance with the schedule, within the allocated timeframe and to an acceptable standard. To collect and record environmental data for the maintenance of an up to date environmental management system integrated and supporting the site/production activities of the Project. To ensure a safe working environment where project related impacts to the environment and personnel are eliminated and risks are managed. Develop technical capabilities in environmental monitoring methodologies. To understand and implement environmental monitoring procedures to achieve performance targets safely.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering
• Experience as Environmental Officer min 2 years
• Having knowledge of AMDAL and all post mining regulations (UKL / UPL)
• Having Experience to conduct and control water management, waste management
• Honest and having integrity, able to work in a team
• Willing to stay at remote area with fix schedule
