One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
1.1 Minimum S1 degree in Law from reputable
1.2 At least 7 years experience in corporate legal, oil and gas field is an
1.3 Experience in drafting and interpreting large complex agreements relating to Oil & Gas business
1.4 Good knowledge of corporate law, including law documents preparation, litigation, employment regulation, contract negotiation, etc
1.5 Honest, hard worker, fast learner, able to work independently and proactive

2.1 Minimum S1 degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.00
2.2 At least 4 years experience in corporate legal, mining and or oil & gas field is an advantage
2.3 Experience in dealing with complexities of the contract
2.4 Experience in drafting and interpreting large complex agreements relating to Oil & Gas business
2.5 Good knowledge of corporate law, including law documents preparation, litigation, employment regulation, contract negotiation, etc
2.6 Honest, hard worker, fast learner, able to work independently and proactive.
2.7 Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint)
2.8 Have a strong leadership
2.9 Willing to travel to site
2.10 Good communication skill both in oral and written English
2.2 At least 4 years experience in corporate legal, mining and or oil & gas field is an advantage
2.3 Experience in dealing with complexities of the contract
2.4 Experience in drafting and interpreting large complex agreements relating to Oil & Gas business
2.5 Good knowledge of corporate law, including law documents preparation, litigation, employment regulation, contract negotiation, etc

3.3 Handling wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, land related matter and regulatory compliance of the group
3.4 Reviewing corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters
3.5 Reviewing and providing advice on various legal documentation and contracts
3.6 Placement in Jakarta and willing to travel to site
3.7 Good communication skill both in oral and written English
3.2 Experience in drafting and interpreting large complex agreements relating to Oil & Gas business
