PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (PT HMSI), the main distributor of Truck & Bus “HINO” in Indonesia, the market leader brand for commercial vehicles and a leading company in developing advanced trucks and buses, and also the pioneer in producing environmental friendly commercial vehicles, is seeking for highly dedicated, dynamic and motivated individuals to support our business expansion with qualification as follows.

Technical Warranty Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Investigate technical problem together with dealer 
2. Make technical report, submit to Hino Quality Assurance System 
3. Grasp, list up and analyze all after market problem from each area 
4. Prepare data for after market quality monthly meeting 
5. Conduct periodic customer visit together with dealer to identify after market problem 
6. Act as a technical consultant for dealer 

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field (preferably mechanical/autmotive engineering) 
2. Required language(s): English 
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. 
5. Willing to be placed in Tangerang
