Lowongan Kerja PT Indonesia Comnet Plus – Icon+ PLN - Mei 2013 - Didirikan pada tanggal 3 Oktober 2000, PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) berfokus pada penyediaan jaringan, jasa, dan content telekomunikasi, khusus untuk mendukung teknologi dan system informasi PT PLN (Persero) dan publik. Untuk itu Perseroan mengadakan berbagai layanan unggulan seperti Clear Channel, Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), akses internet broadband, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), dan aplikasi perbankan.

Sebagai anak perusahaan yang dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh PLN, pada awalnya ICON+ berfokus untuk melayani kebutuhan PLN akan jaringan telekomunikasi. Seiring dengan kebutuhan industri akan jaringan telekomunikasi dengan tingkat availability dan reliability yang konsisten, Perseroan melihat peluang baru untuk mengembangkan usahanya yaitu dengan mengkomersialkan kelebihan kapasitas jaringan telekomunikasi ketenagalistrikan serat optik milik PLN di Jawa dan Bali.

Informational Technology (IT)

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Max 35 years old
• Min 4 years of job experience in relevant position
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree(S1), in Information Technology, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Strong knowledge in in IT infrastructure, IT operation and maintenance, IT development or IT design
• Familiar with software & hardware
• Understanding the concepts of programming and IT Architecture, and Networking technologies
• Good command in English both Oral & writing Score (TOEFL certification from reliable institutions (min score PBT (450) / IBT (45) /IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 500)
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Creative and innovative
• Hard working, highly motivatedand able to work underpressure

Customer Service (CS)

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Max 35 years old
• Min 4 years of job experience in relevant position
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree(S1) in intelecommunication, IT, or related discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Good command in English both Oral & writing Score (TOEFL certification from reliable institutions (min score PBT (450) / IBT (45) /IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 500)
• Experience as Customer Care/ Service Supervisor are preferred
• Excellent understanding in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementation and Call Center operation
• Experience in managing Service Level Agreement in relation to customer satisfaction
• Excellent personality, superb customer service orientation, highly motivated, excellent problem solving skill, dynamic, innovative and having a strong sense of urgency
• Strong communication & interpersonal skill, as well as strong customer interaction skills
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Hard working, highly motivated and able to work underpressure

Human Resources (HR)

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Max 35 years old
• Min 4 years of job experience in relevant position
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree(S1), in Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Strong knowledge in Human Resources Management
• Strong communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command in English both Oral & writing Score (TOEFL certification from reliable institutions (min score PBT (450) / IBT (45) /IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 500)
• Possess of SAP Cerfification are preferred
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Creative and innovative
• Hard working, highly motivated and able to work underpressure

Finance and Accounting (FA)

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Max 35 years old
• Min 4 years of job experience in relevant position
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree(S1), in Economics or Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Good command in English both Oral & writing Score (TOEFL certification from reliable institutions (min score PBT (450) / IBT (45) /IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 500)
• Strong knowledge in costing, financial report, cash flow and tax
• Possess of SAP Cerfification are preferred
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Creative and innovative
• Hard working, highly motivated and able to work underpressure
