Responsibilities: 
Sales Representative Role
 
Lazada Indonesia is looking for a full- or part- time sales representative on a commission based salary to join our corporate sales team in the real estate development section. This position offers a unique chance in our fast growing and dynamic environment.
The main tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • Approaching potential new customers within the real estate world and setting up a sales channel for Lazada’s products, which include electronics, household appliances and office equipment
  • Assisting in negotiations with the customer
  • Keep track of real estate developments
  • Gather market and customer information to improve sales performance 
  • Review personal sales performance periodically, meet or exceed targets set by corporate sales manager 
This is a highly dynamic role, requiring the candidate to take individual initiative and ensure items get fully done in the proper time frame. The candidate will spend most of his time outside the office looking for new partnerships.

Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements
  • Motivated to build Indonesia’s largest e-commerce company
  • To be able to work in a high-pace environment
  • 3-10  years work experience in sales
  • Able to prioritise and problem solve
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in real estate
