Lowongan Kerja Pada Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan: Anggota BPK - April 2013 - Sesuai dengan pasal 18 huruf c Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2006 tentang Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK), dinyatakan bahwa Ketua, Wakil Ketua, dan/atau Anggota BPK diberhentikan dengan hormat dari jabatannya dengan Keputusan Presiden atas usul BPK karena telah berusia 67 (enam puluh tujuh) tahun.

Berdasarkan ketentuan diatas, Sdr. Drs. Taufiequrahman Ruki, SH., yang pada tanggal 18 Mei 2013 akan pensiun, sehingga berdasarkan Pasal 22 UU Nomor 15 Tahun 2016, diadakan pengangkatan penggantian antar waktu Anggota BPK yang masa jabatannya sampai dengan Oktober 2014. Sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam Pasal 13 dan Pasal 14 UU No. 15 Tahun 2006, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia akan melakukan proses pemilihan untuk penggantian antar waktu Anggota BPK. Adapun persyaratan menjadi calon Anggota BPK adalah sebagai berikut:

  • Warga Negara Indonesia;
  • Beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa;
  • Berdomisili di Indonesia;
  • Memiliki integritas moral dan kejujuran;
  • Setia terhadap Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia;
  • Berpendidikan paling rendah S1 atau yang setara;
  • Tidak pernah dijatuhi hukuman pidana penjara berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan tindak pidana yang diancam dengan hukuman 5 (lima) tahun atau lebih;
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani;
  • Paling rendah berusia 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun;
  • Paling singkat telah 2 (dua) tahun meninggalkan jabatan sebagai pejabat publik di lingkungan pengelola keuangan negara;
  • Tidak sedang dinyatakan pailit berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap;
Pendaftaran dibuka mulai tanggal 15 s.d. 22 April 2013. Surat Pernyataan Kesediaan menjadi calon Anggota BPK RI dan kesediaan mengikuti proses seleksi dibuat dan ditandatangani diatas materai Rp. 6000,- oleh yang bersangkutan dan diantar langsung paling lambat tanggal 22 April 2014, pukul 16.00 WIB ke alamat di bawah pengumuman ini, dengan melampirkan persyaratan pendukung sebagai persyaratan administrasi yaitu:
  • Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
  • Foto Copy KTP;
  • Foto Copy Ijazah yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
  • Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK);
  • Daftar Kekayaan;

  • Mempunyai pengetahuan yang memadai di bidang Keuangan Negara dalam mengimplementasikan 4 (empat) UU, yaitu: UU No. 1 Tahun 2004 tentang Perbendaharaan Negara, dan UU No. 15 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemeriksaan, Pengelolaan dan Tanggung Jawab Keuangan Negara.
Selanjutnya Komisi XI DPR RI akan melakukan seleksi terhadap semua persyaratan para bakal calon pnggantian antar waktu Anggota BPK dan hasil keputusan seleksi tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

1. Subsea Flowline, Installation Engineer, International
Qualification
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Ocean)
• 12+ years of proven and specialist experience in detailed design, procurement, offshore installation and commissioning on deepwater subsea projects with knowledge in deepwater installation of pipelines/flowline, manifolds, PLET/PLEM, jumpers and Steel Catenary Risers (SCR).
• Experience planning and executing offshore installation activities for both flowlines and SCRs (contracting, vessel coordination, interface management, simultaneous operations, etc).
• Over the last 8 years Candidate must have spent a minimum of 5 yrs holding position as Lead
• Flowline/SCR installation Engineer either with an O&G Operator or an Installation Contractor.
• Experience with SCR pulling system on Floating Production Units (FPU) for SCR installation.
• Experience in Interfacing with FPU Contractor and Subsea Installation Contractor (SIC) for matters related to SCR installation.
• Experience in defining and incorporating project Process Safety Management, HSE requirements into final project specification for execution and post-project operations.

• Experience managing junior construction engineers of varying disciplines.

• Highly qualified in one engineering discipline and a broad understanding of principles and techniques in other disciplines.
• Performed as field / fab yard representative for one or more disciplines, one or more areas of a project and supervised other field construction staff.

• Proficient with Oil and Gas Compliance Assurance and GOI permitting processes.
• Considerable experience in the practical application of Compliance Assurance system and tools.
• Have experiences on Compliance Assurance (CA) implementation, preferably CA execution in Major Capital Project.
• Have experiences on obtaining permits and approvals from Central Government Agencies and Provincial or Local Government Agencies

• Key Accountabilities
