1. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
The job holder will be responsible for engineering efforts in mechanical area of expertise for technical design, specification and system integration of project and plant design. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from accredited university with 10 years related experience in large scale Power Plant and/or Oil and Gas. Previous experience in piping design, steel construction, material selection, rotating equipment and steam turbine is highly considered.
2. SENIOR INSPECTION & CONTROL ENGINEER
The Senior I&C Engineer will perform engineering efforts in I&C area of expertise for technical design, specification and system integration of project and plant design. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from accredited university with 10 years related experience in large scale power plant instrument and control design, construction and operation and maintenance.
3. HEAD OF SCM PERFORMANCE & SUPPORT
The job holder will be responsible for implementing ERP, monitoring SCM performance and proving support related to audit, material & services sourcing, etc. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Economic or Engineering from accredited university with minimum 8 years related experience in procurement processes, performance and compliance in Oil & Energy industry, with geothermal experience is a plus. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills are required.
4. PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Specialist will perform procurement activities in the company. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from accredited university with minimum 3 years related experience in Oil & Energy industry.
5. LOGISTIC SPECIALIST
The job holder will be responsible to handle logistic such as inventory management, cataloguing and materials coding, the candidate must have a minimum Diploma Degree from accredited university with minimum 5 years related experience in Oil, Energy & Mining industry.
6. SITE SAFETY OFFICER
The job holders will be responsible for managing safety, health and environment (SHE) aspect during site construction phase. The ideal candidates should have a Bachelor Degree from accredited university with minimum 5 years related experience in SHE of the site construction.

Bergabung dengan Kementerian Keuangan, yang merupakan jantungnya Pemerintahan saat ini merupakan kesempatan besar bagi para generasi muda untuk bersama mengawal pembangunan nasional dan reformasi birokrasi. Kementerian Keuangan membutuhkan anak-anak muda yang berkompetensi tinggi sekaligus berintegritas tinggi untuk bergabung bersama membangun bangsa serta melanjutkan tongkat estafet kepemimpinan.
Setiap melaksanakan rekrutmen, Kementerian Keuangan menggunakan Sistem Sel, yaitu dengan membentuk beberapa tim kerja yang melaksanakan setiap tahapan seleksi secara terpisah dan bertanggungjawab langsung kepada Ketua Panitia Pusat Rekrutmen. Sistem Sel dibentuk untuk menghindari adanya Korupsi, Kolusi, dan Nepotisme dalam pelaksanaan rekrutmen. Proses rekrutmen di Kementerian Keuangan yang dilaksanakan selalu menggunakan prinsip transparan, obyektif, kompetitif, akuntabel, bebas Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme, tidak diskriminatif, efektif dan efisien.
Setiap Peserta yang mengikuti rekrutmen di Kementerian Keuangan, akan melalui tahapan/seleksi yang terdiri dari:
  1. Seleksi Administrasi;
  2. Tes Kompetensi Dasar;
  3. Psikotes;
  4. Tes Kesehatan dan Kebugaran;
  5. Wawancara yang diperuntukkan bagi peserta dengan tingkat pendidikan sarjana; serta
  6. Pemberkasan.
