To lead, coordinate or integrate, control activities and deliverables for commissioning of facilities (covering commissioning scope, schedule and feasibility recommendation), be accountable for project handover from mechanical completion through startup and involved from appraise to Operation stage, in order to ensure design respecting commissioning ease, smooth transition and compliance to Project and HSSE requirements to meet operability and financial targets as per PHE ONWJ business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors degree in Engineering
- Minimum 7-8 years experiences in the operations of oil and gas industry and/or refinery plant with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory position
- Must have a good understanding of budgeting and project control
- Must have working understanding of government regulations for HSSE as well as contract and other regulation for project and operations system
- Understanding of engineering and operations knowledge and skills to manage normal and abnormal condition of construction activities with safe manners

Responsibilities:
To assist Project Performance Lead for the supervision and detail implementation of all aspects of Project Performance Management (grouped by green field/ brown field) within Project Department and also to ensure the projects can be delivered as per the approved scopes, on schedule, within budget and resources
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Minimum5 years experiences in oil & gas industry and experience in scheduler/planner, project/program controller and/or discipline/project engineer.
- Must have knowledge in Oil & Gas Engineering and Integrity management principles; HSSE Principles; CVP Process; Project & Operations knowledge; and WP&B and AFE process.

Responsibilities:
To execute / deliver safe and efficient subsea IMR project execution activities with focus on mobilization assurance coordination, liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors degree in Engineering
- Min. 10 years in oil and gas industry with superior performance manner
- Min. 5 years in project/operations/maintenance management
- Preferably min. 5 years had exposure in subsea operations with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Must be skilled in Project Management
- Must be skilled in Subsea Systems Engineering (Construction), HSSE, & Process Engineering
- Must familiar with Vessel operations
- Must familiar with Operations management and Integrity management
- Must have knowledge in Planning and Scheduling

Responsibilities:
To monitor and control the project execution performed by contractors on site to ensure that the contractors work are performed in accordance to PHE HSSE standards and within the targeted scope, budget, timeframe and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Civil, Marine Engineering)
- Minimum 7 years experiences in offshore installation & construction projects, with 3 years working experience on supervisory level
- Preferably minimum5 years in site operational as AWB Superintendent / Site Construction Superintendent; Possess working experience in top side modification and subsea installation
- Must have knowledge of standards, codes and regulations that govern construction work in the oil and gas industry; Marine and construction management; Marine spread management (monitoring & coordinating)
- Good understanding of mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, installation and construction; HSSE Implementation; QA&QC Implementation
- Must have good management skills (management of people, time and organizational behaviour)
- Familiar with top side construction & installation activities (welding / fitting / rigging / scaffolding / coating / painting etc) expertise; Mooring / Anchoring operations basic knowledge; Preparing of anchor patterns expertise
- Good knowledge in subsea diving activities
- Understanding of Survey Systems (BMS) & reference data
- Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
